Hello everyone! I am a college student who really enjoys playing video games. In fact, I enjoy video games so much that I want to design my own video games. This is no big surprise, but I have become increasingly saddened by the gratuitous violence that is so often seen in video game titles. So I wanted to ask this Christian group: what is your favorite wholesome video game?
I play Oldschool Runescape sometimes, and once in a blue moon i might play YGOPRO.

Yea i used to play a lot. I do like to keep up with the new cards, banlists and rulings even though im not as active as i used to be. I still like building decks and testing them out to see how well they fare against top tier stuff.

Got the Vraska Japanese alternative art card 😍
I haven't played mtg since 2010 but that kind of looks like a cardfight vangard card with that style of artwork.

these are some I caught children playing on the library computer.
They had logged into something called Krunker, Prodigy,
they also ask about Minecraft and Roblox

I have since blocked Krunker cos its just all fighting and is loud and noisy and gives me a headache. Prodigy is a maths game.

theres also one I forget the name of, that looks like a bunvh of cells invading each other that reminds me of pacman.

why cant these children just play Free Rice, I dont know. At least when you play that one the very rich video game conglomerates, whoever they are, give rice to third world countries so they have enough to eat.

Free Rice? Pffft! Why can't they just play poker and horseshoes like we used to? It was good enough for us, it oughta be good enough for them. Kids these days, always gotta have something different, something better. Feh!

I dunno, can you eat them?

I remember the lemmings game that you had to stop lemmings from comitting suicide which may have subconciously helped me in my role today.

All the other video games I recall that if you died, you did get another turn at least three times before the game was over. Angry birds was about angry birds, not love birds, so I dont consider that wholesome.

sim city was about building a city but it took forever cos Rome wasnt built in a day, although they tried to make it so you could build it in one day.

Sonic the hedgehog was about being a speedball, in some hyper japanese alternate reality world that does not exist in real life, unless you live in Tokyo.

I recall some games if you pushed all the buttons the right way, you could do the moonwalk ...this was a Michael Jackson video game, which I wouldnt let children touch if it was available today.

the ones online I noticed contain ads that if you accidentally click on them, take you direct to adult porn sites,

You can't die in goat simulator.
You can't lose.
There's no story.
You're just a goat with no explanation.
You wander around an open world.
Press X to headbutt things.

Does your goat look like baphomet though?

Only unblemished sheep simulators are truly clean and holy.

If it doesn't give the ultra fundamentalist some time they'll find something wrong with it 😂🙄
