Post gifs, emojis, pictures, or even explain what helps you sleep so that all of us can possibly get some good sleep by way of influence or ideas😀😀😀

Knowing that I did my best with the resources that God provided for that day and a plan for tomorrow helps me to sleep at night.

A 10 days maneuver also is good for sleep.

Leaving the TV on with the volume low helps me sleep better.

It also helps me sleep to have my fan on. But lately, it's been too cold for that. I'd probably freeze to death. :p

I heard that the TV can be a gateway for evil spirits, so it is best to turn it off when you sleep.

I'm usually pretty exhausted by the time I go to bed.
What keeps me from falling asleep is my mind not shutting down.
If I can just turn my mind off and quit thinking about things, I would have better luck!

Not anymore. I don't want to pay for a movie only to be horrified or have a potential heart attack. If you read or study about demonism and the spirit world, you will find that even paintings and empty or hollow objects can be portals or living space of evil spirits. That is why in the case of yoga where there is an emptying of the mind, you invite evil spirits to fill the emptiness. Idle minds are the devils workshop.
