Lol, they are crazy. Today at the fruit and vegie shop, they tried to cash in on toilet rolls and was selling each individual roll at two dollars. I didn't realise that Tom Hanks was a christian. I was surprised.
Wow that is wild.

Don't believe everything you read on Tom Hanks...... imho.

Just trying to pray hard and see what our Head Office say
Well I pray that what ever happens, you will continue to get work. There is a good episode by Joel Osteen called closed doors. I'll see if I can find it. It is encouraging.

Tom Hanks..............

(excerpt)

While his starring role in the book-to-screen Da Vinci Code films may have raised some eyebrows, Tom Hanks firmly believes in God. His complex religious history includes family experiences with Catholicism, Mormonism, and the Church of the Nazarene. His wife, actress Rita Wilson, is Greek Orthodox. While Hanks is not specific about the details of his faith, he attends church regularly and focuses on the “mystery of it all.”

What religion is Tom Hanks? - Christian - Beliefnet

(excerpt)

The major religion I was exposed to in the first 10 years of my life was Catholicism. My stepmother became a Mormon. My aunt, whom I lived with for a long time, was a Nazarene, which is kind of ultra-super Methodist, and in high school, all my friends were Jews. For years I went to Wednesday-night Bible studies with my church group. So I had this peripatetic overview of various faiths, and the one thing I got from that was the intellectual pursuit involved. There was a lot of great stuff to think about.1

IMO, Hanks probably does not confess to be a blood bought, born again son of the Living God..... ergo, not a Christian.

Is anyone a bit fed up of actors and singers who usually have an audience posting things on the internet of themselves singing etc because their concerts etc have been cancelled. Sermons I can understand as it benefits everyone and gives us hope and reduces fear in these times but the singers etc, it seems is all about themselves. Who cares!!
Seems like that would be about their fans, who paid for tickets to their cancelled concerts.

Good morning my friend :) . Things are going well with me and my family. We are blessed and God moved my wife into doing charity work by taking care of the elderly. What a change from what she did before :).

How are things going with you and Tourist and the rest of the family?
Tourist is still working at this point praise God and praying that he stays healthy since this virus scare. We are going through our house and getting rid of stuff and packing it up as we want to sell it and will have it listed May 1st for sale and when it does we will move to the mountains in Tennessee near the Gatlinburg area. I really want to get to a more country location my way of social distancing...

I want to grow a garden and get our girls to live in Tennessee with us so our family can be together at least that is my hope and plans.

Been considering this for a while and there is actually some positives coming out of this, well for me at least anyway...

* People are beginning to realise the importance of hygiene especially regarding sneezing and coughing in a restaurant

* We are starting to move away from "idol worship" in that more and more people are turning to God rather than following the latest celebrity craze

* The relationship between me and my wife is becoming stronger because we just sit and talk now about the Lord

Yes, the stringent safety measures and new laws are a pain to adhere to but I believe this Nation and World can turn things around

Bro.....

Stay aware of the Assistance Packages the Govt is working on for Small Businesses such as yours. If they pass this new stimulus, the Govt will actually pay the salaries of your employees for you so you don't have to lay them off.

Being open for Carry Out only is really hard for a "sit down" establishment, but if you have the demographics, and work it properly and aggressively, you can do surprisingly well. You may have to adjust your Menu. You may also want to look into Delivery. As this "self isolation" movement grows, folks are going to be ordering Delivery...........

Businesses that are already geared up for this may end up doing a boom business....... just thoughts
