So I knocked my head pretty good a couple weeks ago, and I noticed when I did my jaw kinda got wiplashed a little. Haven’t thought much of it til today when it’s been hurting, sore, stiff, and I notice I can’t bite down fully unless I try really hard on that side. Also there is a weird space by my jaw line that usually would be just my jawline. It may be popped out of place, or even slightly dislocated. Prayers would be lovely as I have no idea what I can do for it right now.

I noticed when I wake up in the morning it feels fine, but during the day it gets more tense and soar. So it has to do with something I’m doing during the day. Either clenching it or unintentionally stressing it somehow

Clinching under stress is so understandable and fan become a pattern. It is no bueno what it can do.

You might have hurt it though from you bump in the head.

Either way, I will lift you in prayer, and am glad you are feeling better

So I finally was able to catch myself during when I was doing my daily activities, and found that when I’m going around that I unintentionally lock my jaw with it slightly open. It’s not open or closed, but it’s just in the same position for hours as I’m running around. Maybe it was a way for my body to make sure my mouth is open to get air, I don’t know.

Please pray that I’m able to figure out whether I need to start keeping my jaw shut or open when I’m running about
