The writers of the Old Testament said that ! Jesus never said that but on the contrary ...
God said it was wrong in both the OT and NT. Writers didn't come up with it on their own. smh Jesus is God, OT/NT same God calls it an abomination.

Jesus never said that homosexuality is an abomination because this it is not an abomination. You will never find that coming out of Jesus mouth. This is the proof that the Old Testament should not be taken literally...

It is literally an abomination, that's what God meant or it wouldn't be in His Word. Jesus and God are one, they agree perfectly. Wrong in the OT and NT. Stated in both.

Jesus quoted the Old Testament all the time, so obviously He took it literally.

The reason why he didn't say it "again" is because it was already said. Paul even showed surprise at one point in the NT where he seemed baffled that he even needed to point out a particular sexual relationship as forbidden for christians. I presume because it is stated clearly in the OT with no wiggle room at all. No, this particular thing wasn't homosexuality...but a similar concept applies.

The NT isn't a giant rehash or it would just be a copy in greek + what we have now. What would be the purpose of that? The Lord does state things multiple times in some instances, but much like a parent when they are angry "I'm only going to say this once."

@Papou If you'd like a furthering of this post and it would be of utility I'd be willing to continue.

He never said that homosexuality is an abomination and never condemned it. You will never find that in the new Testament. Jesus forgave the adulterer woman while the old testament condemn her completely. For me Jesus is everything but the Old Testament is nothing...

Wow ... where to begin.

39 You pore over the Scriptures because you presume that by them you possess eternal life. These are the very words that testify about Me, 40 yet you refuse to come to Me to have life.…

John 5:39

No, you're utterly wrong. I don't know what false doctrine or church you've gotten caught up in but you're way off in left field.

OK then shows me where Jesus said that homosexuality is an abomination in the New Testament. Good luck with that.

I am not promoting any doctrines or church but Jesus and only Jesus...

Voting for democrats. Just saying.
Wow, so you are saying that you would rather get raped then vote for a democrat? You are dedicated, taking one for the team. And I mean no disrespect if you're into that sort of thing. Just saying...

My niece was raised in a strong Christian family. Her daughter ended up marrying a woman and now the two have a baby.

Oh how my sister and bro in law lamented, barely could speak of it, were at first unwilling to go to the wedding.

They feel guilt and shame and my sister is scared her baby girl will go to hell. She has prayed and prayed some more about it. She, my sis, went into deep depression. She even told her daughter that she will leave her husband of 30 + years to live out her remaining years with her so she won't be alone. She pleaded her case for the cause of God.

I keep reminding my sister, God loves her daughter more than she does. I said let's keep praying and keep believing because her story isn't over.

I am moved that my sister, Brenda, can talk openly to her daughter about her strong convictions and that her daughter, Janae, can receive it without shutting her mother out from spending time with her new grandbaby.

My niece and my sister are both resolute in their beliefs and yet they still love each other very much. I can only imagine how hard it has been for both the daughter and the Mother.

I just keep telling my beautiful loving Sister of God that with God all things are possible.

So with all that said, I will be praying for His revealing in your life, unfort....., I know on our own, we'd all be in a big mess, not of us would stand a chance, but with Him, again all things are possible.

And if you are just trolling, well consider getting a new hobby..
