I know enough to act like I have some sense and respect the police and that they will try you, try to provoke you, to see a little who you are sometimes to make a judgment on you .. The best thing to do is be honest , show respect and humble yourself to their authority , I have plenty of experience .. You're busted, may as well man up and try to cut your losses .. And smile if they take a mug shot and don't try to look all BA ..

Arbery had every right to self defense. The citizens arrest has certain standards. None was met. No evidence shows Arbery did anything wrong. By facts alone he was innocent and was confronted with 2 armed men. I personally think it was stupid to run at them than away but he had every right to defend himself.

It is getting national coverage. It is heartbreaking. As the facts stand it was a innocent life within the facts. For all we know he was looking to steal or stole something the night before out of another neighborhood but by facts alone in this case. He was innocent.

It doesn't matter whether Arbery really was the one breaking into houses, this is really just a sidepoint, perhaps the lawyers if they can prove Arbery was the black man in the videos breaking into the houses, that they will simply use this to support the motive of the white men. But their motive really doesn't matter too much.

The crux of the matter is that it is not illegal to ask a person questions or try to talk to them, even if you talk to them in a way that hurts their little feelings. It is illegal to physically assault someone. If you start pummeling them and try to take their gun and they shoot you to death, that's your own fault, you brought about your own death.

It really begs the question; Should the white men have just let Arbery beat them, take their gun, and possibly shoot them to death? As ridiculous as the question sounds, that's basically what it boils down to.

Well he could have just talked to the two men like an intelligent human being, or called the cops and then had this matter end a whole different way, but he didn't. He decided to assault them and he lost his life because of his own fault.

I had actually seen this topic when it was created, and having seen the video prior to the buzz was just going to refrain from commenting on it, but seeing your initial post I figured the predictable lynch mob that forms, so, I figured I'd foolishly support the truth and throw my hat in there because I know that you're not wrong, if we go by the video evidence it indeed appears that the judge's initial ruling that it was self defense is what the evidence seems very much to indicate. Funny, not playing dumb, I think I know what you are referring to but not sure, bear in mind I am well researched when it comes to conspiracies, esoterica, occult etc.,

What I am referring to is the truth of the case, in the same quote you quoted, I explain what I mean in more detail. You'll find at this point I'd just be repeating myself, but the essence is; the judge ruled correctly going by the evidence, which is the video, which shows that Arbery assaulted the men, and this is why they were not arrested on the grounds of self defense. Going only by the evidence and not emotions and opinions that are biased in nature, this ruling does not seem like it was unjust or contrived or based upon any personal bias or incompetency of the judge, but it seems to be based upon what anyone can just clearly see in the video.

Yes there are other details and facts that have emerged such as the new video footages showing a man that looks not dissimilar from Arbery entering a house under construction as well as some teenage vagrants, but these are really just sidepoints or supporting evidence that if the lawyers are smart perhaps they will use to support the white men's motive, being concerned citizens for their neighborhood. Though frankly this whole reopening of the case is a massive disgrace to justice when it doesn't matter what their motive is. The crux of the case, since the children of Babylon wanted to make it a case of murder with their favorite lie of racism to flavor it, is whether the men acted in self defense, which the initial ruling said they did, and the initial video which was the evidence supports clearly.
