I have sore muscles from weeding out grass from my yard yesterday. But other than that, I'm OK. And you?

My mom was not able to get the gentleman who usually does it to come. She has been incessantly complaining that she cant depend on him. So she came up with the bright idea that we should root up the grass ourselves.

By the time we got done, I had not one drop of strength left in my entire body and my poor fingers hurt.

My mom is quite pleased, and pointed out that we did a great job than the gentleman would have done with his weed wacker and we saved money by doing it ourselves.

She says from now on we will do it ourselves. The only problem with that is, I'm the one who does most of the work:rolleyes:

Wow, I expected a one sentence response as opposed to paragraphs. Your very good with words and love how you freely express yourself. Have you written any books?, if not, then please do consider that .

Am well thanks. Your muscles will be fine dear and am glad you were able to save some money.

You can choose to sit down and not do anything, but you won't survive long enough if your the restless type and always find yourself working. Be yourself if that's the case and ask God to give you strength.

Where are you from?

I'm from Jamaica.

I've written but nothing published. I've given up on that now though. And before the internet I had penpals, so it's quite natural to me :D

Awesome😃, as a shy person, it feels so weird chatting to you publicly but I have a last question and I just hope am not being stereotypical by asking these question. Afro girls are crazy about the Jamaican black castor oil, it really works wonders on natural hair.
I have been obsessed lately with growing my hair long and natural during the lockdown. So what other hair products do Afro girls use in Jamaica ?,You can give a general answer if the question is not applicable to you or you can educate me more if am being ignorant
