Heb 8:13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

Even though you know that those verses are talking about the new covenant, I'm sure you don't believe those verses are fulfillment of Ezekiel 36 because those verses talk about a land that you think is that dump in the middle east.

Abraham looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God. Those verses are about heavenly Jerusalem, not that dump in the middle east.

The first Jews were redeemed at the exact same time everybody else on the planet were redeemed... at the resurrection of Christ.

The 144,000 are saved and "added" to the twelve tribes of Israel, which is the Church.
