Most people are united that George Floyd's murder was outrageous. Most are cool with the right to protest. But be cautious of the Demons at play. Other countries have people in our country paid to spread hate, some anti-American radicals are looking for a revolution, and some benefit greatly to keep the nation divided. I'll just nickname it, China tactics to bring down America. The corona was a great distraction. China has basically taken over Hong Kong and starting military training near Taiwan. Taiwan is an independent country and China has already claimed they belong to China. Point is, that evil takes opportunities like this to take advantage of.

Racism comes in all different colors. I have watched many over the last few days say some very nasty things about caucasian people and events most of us have never been involved in. Instead of individuals, they see skin color. I personally could care less if you hate my skin color. My God still calls me to love and treat you as equal. I'll just wrap that up with the warning Jesus told us.
John 15:18-19 (NIV)
18 “If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. 19 If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you.

If you are living in hate, then where is Jesus? People hate for many reasons and Christians are told this will only get worse as Christ's arrival nears. For loving Christ today we already see hate.
Christianity has been in the creation of making tough people for centuries. The only religion that no matter how much it is oppressed, it only grows stronger.

We must address the heart issue of sin. Morality is the only way. Laws can only do so much. If we don't medicate the heart then we will only continue to put out the fires instead of putting out the hot spots or sources of fire re-ignition.

It is like poison and corrosive to the mind. Can take something weak minded and turn it into something wicked.

People are highly influenced by the media: books, news, movies, games, social media. And people influence and reinforce each other. In Christian circles we may call this practice 'Iron sharpening iron.' You're almost never going to see "Love your neighbor as yourself, do good to those who persecute you, bless those who curse you." in secular media, just doesn't happen and that's on purpose.

What you'll see is really anything but that, but violence and revenge are glorified and normalized even if it they aren't specifically endorsed in words, they are casually flaunted to the masses all the time so it looks like it's supposed to be that way. So really what we are dealing with is a general population who has been deceived and doesn't even realize it probably; they are just going with what they've been programmed by the world to be like.

So they aren't "woke" one may say. Well, this is why we need to make sure we include a message of love in our words. It's one thing to tell someone what their problem is, but they need to be offered the solution which is the gospel and the love of Jesus. People's hearts and minds do change.

The whole idea of "woke" I always question what are we awakening to? The Gospel or the secular agendas? What are they trying to wake me up to see? It doesn't seem like the awakening I want to see. The more I see, the more pain I see as society tries to adopt the same habits that have destroyed societies throughout history.

Hate will rot your insides out. I always try to treat it the same way that that God tells us to treat anger.

Eph 4:26 Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger,

I can not heal the ire of world, but I can heal the ire within me.

How does one be angry and do not sin is a golden question that everyone should wrestle with. When Jesus made a whip and flipped over tables in the temple court shows a different type of anger. Righteous anger is what the majority of the country felt when George Floyd was murdered. It is what you do with that anger. Will you control it for justice or will you let it turn into something more. Righteous anger can be what moves people to promote justice, peace, and stir up healthy action.

But hate definitely has no alternative. Hate is just wrong regardless.

love your enemy

well what can you do for justice, aside from protest peacefully to raise the issue, some of us need to work to make justice happen. I dont know if they are in all countries but here we have what are called 'Justice of the Peace' who are people who help others with legal documents, as they are witnesses, and resolve disputes -without violence.

They are available in community centres or CABs...citizens advice bureau, and can advise on unemployment and tenancy and social services, through to mental health and welfare, and what to do if you feel ripped off, and where to find people who will stand up for you (rich people can just hire a lawyer) and they will help anyone regardless of belief or social status.

unemployement is a big problem and with riots because people are powerless to do stuff as they cant work or lost their jobs. Imagine being told you arent allowed to work because your boss now cant afford to pay you anymore. Your boss is ok he or she can downsize and still be comfortable, but you cant because you are relying on this regular pay packet to support your family who in turn are relying on you.

dole or benefits often arent enough to cover the cost of rent and bills so you family ends up starving. what can you do???You dont have enough land to grow food.

a lot of people dont know what to do in this situation as they cant just go out and get another job.

There was too many jobs and not enough people either qualified or not willing to work labor jobs. Then COVID 19 happened. We blame China. Millions lost their jobs. Nothing anyone could do other than blame the source. It doesn't justify burning the remaining businesses.

Riots are unlawful and not a civil protest. It should be crushed if people care for law and order.

Racism comes in all different colors.
In my life time, i have seen all sorts of racism and prejudice. The best thing to do when we are abused is remain faithful to God and keep forgiving and loving others, its hard to do, but it gets better over time.
