Can someone help with a question?

I need to know why Christian Chat would delete this documentary 'Out of Shadows' which is about powerful pedophiles having sex with children and then claim that I am 'promoting my youtube channel' on here..? Can someone please explain why they would do this? Is it not right to expose evil?

Hi and welcome to CC! Re your question, the Mods must evaluate every topic and decide if it's appropriate or too explicit. They have been doing this for quite a while and have acquired an idea of what may offend some, even though it may be a valid issue. For example, I would not want to see the ins and outs of a serial killer, even though it happens. We have prayer for such issues.
Have you checked out the 'Terms of Service' below that gives some guidelines? Just know we are all in good hands with our Mods, they have to consider everyone when they approve a thread. God bless you and nice to have you joining in!

From what you have described this video is probably offensive and not spiritually edifying. It does sound you were indeed promoting your YouTube channel and that too is against the site rules. It is not always right to expose evil as sometimes that spreads the evil further and gives it attention and power that could better be redirected towards focusing on promoting good instead. May God bless you.

A good question would be...why do we need to know?

Is there anything really to be done? Do you have graphic proof? It might get you thinking in a certain direction, but what is really accomplished?
