It's a "gift" from how I interpret it. I don't even know how I would go about earning Salvation. I think we can walk away from God, but that does not mean He ever leaves us. He actually gives us time to return. I suppose if you committed yourself to a life disobeying God and commit suicide you could lose that way. Hmmm, I can see why this topic is debatable.

God pours out His Grace on those that stand with Him in TRUTH and then that Divine Love He pours into our hearts we can exemplify outward.

As well, the more in line you come with His Truth the more He will lead into greater Truth.

Yes of course....but we still have the flesh, Satan and the world.
Growing in grace takes time....because we have much to contend with.

But yes of course being able to draw from the supply of Christ's ongoing grace is amazing!!!

How about we replace the word “should” with “will be”?

The reason is that should brings judgement, condemnation, and law.

Will be is faith.

I am not one of those who say we have no choice... so I agree :)

In fact, I remember quite well, and will likely never forget, when the choice was put before me.

It turned my whole world upside down. A turning point, after which, nothing was the same.
