You may have misunderstood what I was saying, because my point isn’t that electing Obama displayed racism, but that his presidency revealed the true extent of racism in the country. I think most people remember the racial slurs that was on the rise back then, and the president and black people in general was the target.

No, I understood you, I just disagree. It wasn't that long ago in history that a black person couldn't even vote. So we've come a long way in a relatively short period of time. I see the positive. If you focus on the minority of racists in the country all you'll see is racism. The vast majority of people in America are not racist and we are not a racist country.

BLM is a Marxist group. If Black lives truly mattered to BLM and democrat leaders, they’d be in Chicago saving the multitudes, but it doesn’t fit their leftist narrative. That’s the stone cold truth.

Do you believe this current BLM format is the same as when it began under Obama? I was under the impression the original BLM format was created because Black people felt a Black president was not making their lives better. This format seems more like military recruiting to rage war against the machine.

Considering that black panthers stood at the polls in Philadelphia, PA and physically blocked White people from voting is a sign that it’s the same thing then as it is now but for one difference, it’s more militant now.

From that viewpoint, I can see why you connect the dots (y)

Please help me understand....why whenever a Black organization rises to fight for equality, it is deemed as a "terrorist", "radical" or "militant" group when there are groups such as the Klu Klux Klan and other White supremacy groups (and their descendants) who can openly kill and spread hatred towards another group of people without penalties.
Help me understand the hatred!
What have Blacks done to anyone to warrant such hatred?
Should I assume everyone on this post or in this chat are Christians? If so, please explain to me why there is so much hatred towards the Black community when we are commanded to LOVE our neighbors (Matt 22:39)? And why can't they have an organization to fight for equality?

They aren't fighting for equality. They are fighting and mugging and killing and burning and looting and rioting for handouts.

There will be the decieved who wrongly believe in a lot of the lies of the "movement", but it is largely a hateful and wicked group.

No one accepts the kkk and they have no presence. The evils commited by BLM is reaching the same level and very present.

If you would like we can start from scratch and post deaths caused by BLM as well as all the other evil deeds they are presently doing in 2020.

I bet I could find 100 blm evil videos to 1 of your "kkk" videos. In 2020 only.

Show where an actual open kkk killing was accepted in the US in 2020.

No sir. You do not have an accurate understanding when it comes to salvation and believe it is something we work for.

This reflects on your attitude towards others, believing yourself to be in charge of your own salvation and looking down on others you think do not live up to your standards.
Be careful how you judge others because you are only passing judgement on yourself. Matthew 7:1,2: "Do not judge, or you will be judged. For with the same judgment you pronounce, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you"

You have already told me more about yourself then I really wanted to know. God must think I need to know that about you though. Or you would not have revealed that to me.

Don't know why people think that BLM franchise has a copyright on the thought and feeling that black lives matter. So if anyone dares to criticize the organization for their misdeeds and terrors, that automatically must mean that black people don't matter to them or that they dislike black people. Manipulation and propaganda at its finest

What nobody wants to talk about is black on black violence and murder.

View attachment 218684

I have brought up that subject multiple times in this and other threads and provided proof through links to news articles repeat with facts and the big upswing in black on black violence .

It has been handily ignored by proponents of the left and BLM.

I don't think we can mention it enough. That, is the actual horror and problem, not a few rogue police who are fed up with dealing with people who resist arrest and think obeying police is an option.

By no means is that condoning actual police misuse of their power, but those are exceptions. Police being assaulted in black neighborhoods has been going on for years.

Black Lives Matter posts their own mission statement:
https://blacklivesmatter.com/what-we-believe/

But good thing we have all those white supremacists out there who know BLM's "terrorist" ties. You know...what BLM *says* their *OWN* mission is...you can't trust that. Oh no, these guys know BLM's "secret" mission is really secretly something else. Don't trust what BLM says about themselves--trust the white supremacists in the KKK, lynching people, assaulting black protesters, covering for cops.... Who want their pretty little church and steeple out on the prairie, enjoying their white way of life on Sunday morning. Hey, we're just being "Christian" and "conservative" here. Now they, of all people, would know what terrorism is.

You know, BLM also supports full equality of lizards and aliens. The other day they raided Area 51 with AR-15's in an attempt to free all the aliens. They support equal rights to the airspace above the United States for UFO's. In fact, they're secretly plotting to get ahold of SAM missiles from Afghanistan.

Why stop there? Let the creative juices flow.

This is just TOTAL NONSENSE. All right thinking black people also refuse to believe what BLM says about itself. They are actually traitors to their own people. But since you have already swallowed their lies hook, line, and sinker, you should get busy planning on the next destructive project of BLM by joining them to burn down America. At least that is the goal of their leaders.

Now -- so that you can get your thinking straight -- pay close attention to Booker T. Washington in his autobiography, since he can teach you and BLM quite a few lessons. (Sub-headings in red are mine.)

Chapter VI. Black Race And Red Race

EX-SLAVE INVITED BY WHITES TO CANVASS W. VIRGINIA
During the year that I spent in Washington, and for some little time before this, there had been considerable agitation in the state of West Virginia over the question of moving the capital of the state from Wheeling to some other central point. As a result of this, the Legislature designated three cities to be voted upon by the citizens of the state as the permanent seat of government. Among these cities was Charleston, only five miles from Malden, my home. At the close of my school year in Washington I was very pleasantly surprised to receive, from a committee of three white people in Charleston, an invitation to canvass the state in the interests of that city. This invitation I accepted, and spent nearly three months in speaking in various parts of the state. Charleston was successful in winning the prize, and is now the permanent seat of government.

EX-SLAVE REJECTS POLITICS FOR MORE MEANINGFUL WORK
The reputation that I made as a speaker during this campaign induced a number of persons to make an earnest effort to get me to enter political life, but I refused, still believing that I could find other service which would prove of more permanent value to my race. Even then I had a strong feeling that what our people most needed was to get a foundation in education, industry, and property, and for this I felt that they could better afford to strive than for political preferment...

WASHINGTON WANTED HIS PEOPLE TO BE SELF-SUPPORTING
...At this period in the progress of our race a very large proportion of the young men who went to school or to college did so with the expressed determination to prepare themselves to be great lawyers, or Congressmen, and many of the women planned to become music teachers; but I had a reasonably fixed idea, even at that early period in my life, that there was a need for something to be done to prepare the way for successful lawyers, Congressmen, and music teachers...

WASHINGTON WARMLY WELCOMED AT HAMPTON INSTITUTE
...At Hampton I received a warm welcome from teachers and students. I found that during my absence from Hampton the institute each year had been getting closer to the real needs and conditions of our people; that the industrial teaching, as well as that of the academic department, had greatly improved. The plan of the school was not modelled after that of any other institution then in existence, but every improvement was made under the magnificent leadership of General Armstrong solely with the view of meeting and helping the needs of our people as they presented themselves at the time.

HAMPTON INSTITUTE ADDRESSED EDUCATIONAL NEEDS PROPERLY
Too often, it seems to me, in missionary and educational work among underdeveloped races, people yield to the temptation of doing that which was done a hundred years before, or is being done in other communities a thousand miles away. The temptation often is to run each individual through a certain educational mould, regardless of the condition of the subject or the end to be accomplished. This was not so at Hampton Institute.

WASHINGTON INVITED TO TEACH AT HAMPTON INSTITUTE
The address which I delivered on Commencement Day seems to have pleased every one, and many kind and encouraging words were spoken to me regarding it. Soon after my return to my home in West Virginia, where I had planned to continue teaching, I was again surprised to receive a letter from General Armstrong, asking me to return to Hampton partly as a teacher and partly to pursue some supplementary studies. This was in the summer of 1879.

HIS BROTHERS AND PUPILS WERE OUTSTANDING STUDENTS
Soon after I began my first teaching in West Virginia I had picked out four of the brightest and most promising of my pupils, in addition to my two brothers, to whom I have already referred, and had given them special attention, with the view of having them go to Hampton. They had gone there, and in each case the teachers had found them so well prepared that they entered advanced classes. This fact, it seems, led to my being called back to Hampton as a teacher. One of the young men that I sent to Hampton in this way is now Dr. Samuel E. Courtney, a successful physician in Boston, and a member of the School Board of that city.

EDUCATION OF AMERICAN INDIANS BY HIM WAS A SUCCESS
About this time the experiment was being tried for the first time, by General Armstrong, of educating Indians at Hampton. Few people then had any confidence in the ability of the Indians to receive education and to profit by it. General Armstrong was anxious to try the experiment systematically on a large scale. He secured from the reservations in the Western states over one hundred wild and for the most part perfectly ignorant Indians, the greater proportion of whom were young men. The special work which the General desired me to do was to be a sort of "house father" to the Indian young men—that is, I was to live in the building with them and have the charge of their discipline, clothing, rooms, and so on. This was a very tempting offer, but I had become so much absorbed in my work in West Virginia that I dreaded to give it up. However, I tore myself away from it. I did not know how to refuse to perform any service that General Armstrong desired of me....

RED RACISM RECOGNIZED BY WASHINGTON AND OVERCOME
On going to Hampton, I took up my residence in a building with about seventy-five Indian youths. I was the only person in the building who was not a member of their race. At first I had a good deal of doubt about my ability to succeed. I knew that the average Indian felt himself above the white man, and, of course, he felt himself far above the Negro, largely on account of the fact of the Negro having submitted to slavery—a thing which the Indian would never do....

WASHINGTON WAS DETERMINED TO SUCCEED AND DID SO
The Indians, in the Indian Territory, owned a large number of slaves during the days of slavery. Aside from this, there was a general feeling that the attempt to educate and civilize the red men at Hampton would be a failure. All this made me proceed very cautiously, for I felt keenly the great responsibility. But I was determined to succeed. It was not long before I had the complete confidence of the Indians, and not only this, but I think I am safe in saying that I had their love and respect... When the difficulty of learning the English language was subtracted, I found that in the matter of learning trades and in mastering academic studies there was little difference between the coloured and Indian students....
