IF I were looking...............

A love of God
A devotion to family
Unity of Scriptural understanding

(I won't add physical descriptions because that seems a wee bit improper to me)

A pastor of mine once said, "Too many men marry for beauty and end up living with character". There is nothing wrong with beauty but it fades without the grace and heart which gives it illumination.

- The love of GOD in her.
- One who is passionate about the Kingdom of GOD and its expansion in the earth.
- One who love herself no matter what people say about her but just loving who she is and what GOD has made her to be. Period!!!
GOD bless you all.

It sounds like that pastor desires beauty too, but doesn't have it, so he ends up saying something pointless like that. He should learn to stick to his business with God only instead of getting into other men's private family affairs.

Sounds to me like he is sticking to his business with God, after all what was quoted from him IS found in scripture:

Charm deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that fears the LORD, she shall be praised.
Proverbs 31:30

I think he was using a metaphor. Speaking more to the masculine rather than feminine.
Referring to men's superficial need's. But I can see where you associated that with this passage .
