I'd like to dedicate this thread to posting edifying occurrences revealing Biblical truths, that we might notice when observing nature.

I am writing this looking at our two cats. One was recently adopted. The elder cat was a bit jealous at first, but in a week they loved one another, washed each other, rejoiced in one another's company, and rested next to one another. They seem to love one another more and more as time goes.
So two animals of a kind are able to live in peace. But most people are not able to do this, because "the way of peace they have not known."

Please continue.

Good for those cats, but not good for us. It is a testimony against us. If they can lay aside their jealousies and envies and learn to love one another, where does that put us? They did not have Jesus Christ set before them as an example of selflessness, but we do.

James
4:1 From whence [come] wars and fightings among you? [come they] not hence, [even] of your lusts that war in your members?
4:2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.
4:3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume [it] upon your lusts.
4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
4:5 Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy?

YES now we are talking I love nature and the biblical truths of it this thread was made for me:D
I love the lesson that flowers teach us, they have very short lives but show their beauty to fullest, the tulip doesn't compare itself to the rose it shines it's own unique beauty not thinking it is any better than the flower next to it because they all are created and loved by God.

Look also at the ant carrying it's leaf to it's ant hill. From the ants perspective the blades of grass tower over it like an endless forest, that small area around it's ant hill is it's entire world and it takes the ant's whole strength to carry that one leaf to the ant hill, but from my perspective I can see the big picture I know and see that the world so much more vastly bigger than that ant can begin to imagine and for me picking up that leaf is easier than breathing so I took the leaf and carried it for the ant.

God used this to teach me about the difference in my perspective and his and also that while my burdens may take my whole being to carry if I let him carry them for me I do not have to burden myself with them Try and imagine the difference from the ants perspective and my own it's astonishing the bigger picture God sees compared to us

Matthew
6:26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
6:27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
6:28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
6:29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
6:30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, [shall he] not much more [clothe] you, O ye of little faith?

I believe that the following also refers to the testimonies and witness of nature:

Romans
1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed [it] unto them.
1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

James 3:6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.

James 3:7 For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind:

James 3:8 But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.

Luke 12:54 And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is.

Luke 12:55 And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass.

Luke 12:56Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?

I just broke up a fight between Tango and Sugar, our two cats. Now, it appears that they have laid aside their jealousies and envies and are peacefully napping like little angels.

You can learn a lot about God by the observation of His creation. For some, this is all that they have or experienced but perhaps the grace of God was sufficient for their salvation.

Romans 1:20
For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse.
