Come and see

John 1:38-
When John told his followers that Jesus was the Lamb if God, they asked him “ where do you live? Jesus said “Come and see”
One of those men was Andrew, he went to get his brother Simon. He said to him we have found the Messiah. Andrew said
“Come and see”
The next day as Jesus was walking to Galilee and found Philip. He said to Philip “ follow me “. Philip didn’t question he just left what he was doing because he wanted to
“Come and see”
Philip went to find Nathaniel and told him, we have found Him. The one the prophets wrote about,Jesus of Nazareth. Nathaniel asked can anything good come out of Nazareth. Philip said “come and see”

I know I’ve paraphrased a lot to make a point and hope that doesn’t offend anyone.
My thoughts being, who are you asking to “ come and see”

Good question. We are all charged to seek out someone and tell them "come and see."

Matthew, Chapter 28:

18) And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

19) Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

20) Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
