Imagine if you had a shipwreck and landed on an island far from every civilization...
The weather is always nice, you have clean water to drink and plenty of food to eat, and there are no big predators to hurt you.
Would you miss anything? Would you be happy with being completely alone? What would you do to pass the time?

I’d probably sit around and talk to a volleyball.
(Put a face on him...maybe some hair made of grass)

Some days I’d hang out with Gilligan...The Professor and Mary Ann.

IDK...I’d still have to worry about tribal council and whether or not “the tribe has spoken” and decided to vote me off the island.

(Note: My answer comes from a 3 hr tour-a 3 hr tour that wrecked after being hit by a Fed-Ex plane)

well yea if I was completely alone I would miss all the people who died on the ship that came with me. I would be in total shock at first I would think.
Those Lord of the Flies/Lost scenarios have a lot of plot holes.

No, I would not like that even if it is the most beautiful place in the world. I was quarantining alone for 3 months with very minimal social interaction (groceries, etc) and I would not want that to be permanent. However, if there were one other person or preferably a few people that would be tolerable.

Assuming God would then grant me a woman and I would be fruitful and multiply, then sure, I'd be happy. Why not?

Being on the intovert side of things i would LOVE being alone on an island with enough water and food to live.. It would be bliss.. The only thing i would miss is the opportunity to share the Good News of the salvation of the LORD Jesus Christ with others..

When I used to go to read my Bible in the Rockies, it was wonderful, peaceful, and full of what only I would see as miracles, well, maybe a few who knew of them.
Anyway eaach Spring I would make my way back to my camping area either on a motorcycle or hitch/hiking.
On one of the years I was hitching, I got a ride in the middle of the night somewhere in Nebraska. The truck driver was just a bit older than I. He picked me up in the middle of the night. After a very short bit in the cab he asked me, quite sincerely, "Don't you ever get lonely out in the middle of nowhere all by yourself?" In a heartbeat my reply was quite simple. "I am lonliest in the city amongst lots of people who are going about their own business and not noticing other." He was satisfied with that but he still thought it was a scary thought to be out in the dark alone.
Yeshua is always with us, always.

I sometimes feel that way, too. I feel alone even among my own family and friends. In the end, we were all born alone, when I first became aware I existed I was alone, you go to sleep you're alone, you dream you're alone, in deep sleep alone, you wake up, you are alone, before it comes into your awareness that there's anyone around you, in that first moment you are alone, and you can definitely feel alone in a crowd. But then I call upon Jesus in my heart when I think such thoughts so I don't start despairing, because His love connects all creation.
