If things are not straighten out by Jan 20, 2021 as to who actually won the election she will, in fact, become acting president, commander-in-chief of the US Armed Forces including full nuclear weapon authority.

I researched that a few weeks ago and it seems to be that her reelection would be affected to among many others which means some governor could end up as sitting President. But that is as far as I went. For all I know that could be a spin on the facts to say no Nancy wouldn't be the president.
