"I read of", and then we hear of a sad story, taking things in is harder and harder now and style stay in Christ. It is still our responsibility.
I have heard of others brothers and sisters being hurt this way.
We see from the main stream media an ongoing attack on our God raised President, in the last of the last days.

Because we let everyone in without no repentance whatsoever.

"I believe in Jesus" they say. Yet they live like the world all week, then show up on sunday to church and are spiritual giants singing songs of praise. This is the vast majority of Christians worldwide, they dress like the world, act like the world, talk like the world, there is practically no difference. They got the same "love" message that the world has, the teaching is based on God loves you just as you are and you are so wonderful you are the best thing since sliced bread nonsense (contrary to John 3:36, Psalm 5:5 etc.)

The real reason is, the people you described are not actual Christians, they are just cultural christians born into it and drawn into it for the social club and in some cases conservative values.
Many conspiracy theory people also enjoy religion as it fits well with their beliefs, they will do videos on them all day, mention Jesus a few times in there but still live like the world.

Expect this post to get lots of dislikes and answers from the spiritual giants of this forum who are up in arms defending satan's holiday (halloween). . Churches are evil, get out of the mega church buildings and quick.

I've been a Christian for a long time and I saw such terrible things; my eyes have been opened to just how sick the church as a whole is. My husband pulled us out of a church and put us into a church I did not like. I had been warned about the family that owned the church and the warning turned out to be true. The youth pastor was corrupt and cheated a family member in a big way. It really hurt but then they were caught doing something corrupt and their names were splashed across the newspapers - countrywide. They hurt a lot of people and then they went to a fair day the town held and set up their booth trying to draw new victims into their church. They were so blatant about it. I actually think they were stealing from the church.

Then we went to another church and the leadership was terrible. They told me that "God" put them in their positions and what they said was it. I was shocked at such overt pride. Then I was injured and we stopped attending the church we went to for 10 years. The pastor stopped taking my calls and I saw that I guess if you're not supporting the church you don't get his time.

Then a friend who I had looked up to never came to visit when I was injured, never sent a card, nothing. But she did that for all the people in her church and I saw that she was a respecter of persons. She and her husband are snooty.

Then I've been on a few other forums and the people are downright demonic. I saw that it's all a lie. Once in awhile you meet someone who is upright but many of the so-called "Christians" are total jerks or psychopaths. One guy got angry whenever I posted a thread and he would jump on immediately and attack me. My husband said he's got something wrong with him. It got so bad I had to threaten him with contacting the police because he was making me feel unsafe.

I'm just really disillusioned with christianity. It all seems like a lie.

The Bible says...do not allow man to cause you to loose your crowns.

We are not to give up. Having said that .......finding a God's word believing........ church today is a challenge.
However, when we are sincerely looking to do God's work...like here....He will guide us.

There are several small churches around today that are ready to close. A good starting point for forming a RIGHTEOUS group and acquire one. I have seen that done two times in our community in the last 12/15 months.

Actually the church we attended for 10 years people were leaving and I spoke with one of the members one day who told me he and his wife were leaving because the church is so cold. And a friend of mine left that church as well - before us. And the assistant pastor and his wife left. My husband said that he doesn't even think many of the people who go there are saved - it's more a social club.

Yes the friend whose house I met at every week did disappoint me when she never sent a card or visited in the hospital. What did happen was that I saw her for what she really was: a respecter of persons. It opened my eyes. I thought that my husband and I kind of bungled the Christian walk because I was honest about my flaws but she never was. My husband kept telling me he bets the husband is at home watching porn, or their kids are doing something - he said I was being naive because they acted like they had it all together. I think what happened shows more about who she is than who I am.
You handled my rebuke quite well saint. Thank you for being you. May the Lord guide you to a blessed fellowship.
It seems that these churches like numbers more than faith filled believers.
I've said it before and will once again I'd rather be with a hand full of believers than a church full of hypocrites. ☺️☺️

I imagine that if we have so little respect for what God wants and his ordained church (His church not mine) it is easy to make excuses for those who abuse and wreck other people's lives and tell us to be nice to them and forgive them.

I do remember though that when someone was over the top, Paul told the church to kick them out, not be nice to them.

The goal is a church without spot or wrinkle. You won't get one of those if you tolerate people that are a thorn in the side. Better to kick them out in an attempt to gain a church without spot or wrinkle. We should be constantly assessing whether we meet God's standards, not those of the trouble makers.

There is a mighty battle today between truth and lies and it is happening in the church. I don't care what people think of me if I defend the truth. That is their problem, not mine. Only the Holy Spirit can lead us into ALL truth so we need to get with it and defend it, no matter what the cost.

If we don't, those that can't handle the truth won't give an inch to soothe our conscience or back down a bit to keep us happy.

If you hang out in christian chat (any chat really) you will not find it much better sadly. As you probably already have found out.

i have been in churches like this also, where you have your groups, or your clicks. And if your not part of that click your not involved. Sadly a lot of churches are just sunday and wed night meeting, and not really the body of Christ. The church got away fro it’s true purpose and sadly is steeped in traditions and ceremony, they are almost like entertainment centers where they entertain people in the name of God, Which is Not what God intended,

You wear gross darkness as if it were a badge to be proud of.
I respect the fact that they are wearing their heart on their sleeve regarding what they are at in their faith. Much rather that than some happy clappy air head pretending everything is alright. (seen plenty of them)
Weep with those who weep, rejoice with those who rejoice. There's a time and place for everything.

Saintrose, hold on, you'll eventually come to a place where things will start to make sense. Sometimes you may have to unlearn things taught over the years. Your questions about where is God through such horrible circumstances, only Holy Spirit was able to show me that He is still there through the horrid as much as He is through the good.
Man will do what man does, there is a life after life on earth as each person will stand in judgement for what they have done. And those who suffered and endured will be rewarded, He sees all, knows all, and I dare say feels all. This is what we look forward to.
This may all seem like words, probably words you've heard 100 times over, I understand.
Thank you for your courage to bear to all of us exactly where you are at. This is how we learn. We've all borne a lot of pain, perhaps some more than others. No one is immune but as His word says, just because we go through trials does not mean He doesn't love us. I haven't 'felt' His love for years (whatever that really means) but I'm more secure in His love more than ever as I've struggled through feeling abandoned by Him, wondering where He is and it's been such a great blessing to learn that His love for us is so great even when it feels like there is no love to grasp like when Abraham hoped when all seemed hopeless, that there is the kind of faith God is looking for and you will learn it if you hold on and keep asking.
Sorry I've gone on far more than i intended sorry if it made things worse.

When Christ would feed the multitudes there would be thousands of people there listening to Him and eating.

But when it came down to actually following Christ there were only 12 that would remain.

Something to keep in mind...

40+ years ago a great man of God who taught me born again, Spirit filled, faith shared that in the last days the churches would be filled and yet the number of true believers who just be a small group in that church. I am finding that so very true, the number of true believers, who deny themselves and hide in Christ, born again and filled with the Holy Spirit filled, enjoying the manifest presence of God, is only a small group. Here at CC as well, although there are many more true believers here than I see on average.

I hope you're never tested like Job. I don't think very many people live through trauma and come out the other side without questioning God.
He says He wants truth in our innermost being and I think that He would respect someone who was honest about their sincere doubts.

I read of a young girl who was a gung ho christian and then she was brutally raped. She couldn't line up a loving God with Him watching that happen to her. She left the faith.

I can understand her. Why aren't we telling God He should act?

There are just too many discrepancies.
Read pilgrim's progress.
Read fox's book of martyrs.

It is important that you come through this dilemma that you find yourself in.

You have something special.

Your testimony can help thousands.

Even your current mindset.

You will be able to help others that are saying "christianity is a fraud"... "God sees horrible things and does nothing"
We must not go there.
Step into faith.

We must do that.

Once you do,a marvelous walk will begin

You must read those books.

You will get an impartation when you weep over their horrible endings.

You will see your deal as very minimal.

I gave you tools in your handing earlier posts.
You never even acknowledge anything.

Either get going into victory or go pout.

That bitterness will consume you.

Something in you HAS TO RISE UP.

You must activate the "hey, wait a minute,I dont have to put up with this"

I put a sword in your hand. Now go decapitate that demon.
The hour is late, you can not waste anymore time.

He is eating your lunch friend

There are nurturers and there are poisonous people.
Both in christianity and in this world.

She can go to the prayer request room or the family forum and find those nurturers.
They are awesome.

Actually the people I'm talking about ARE true believers. I couldn't understand Scripture until I was regenerated and the people I'm speaking of gave every evidence of being a true believer.

Although the verse "many are called but few are chosen" may explain it. I'm not sure.

Please - I hope that you really think carefully about what I'm going to say: I was told that I have the gift of discernment. I also studied demonology for many years - about 40. Trump is a 33rd degree Mason - at that level it usually means they're practicing occult arts. Freemasons and occultists flash hand signals to others in plain sight. You have to study them for awhile to recognize when someone is doing it. I knew about the hand signals as I went to the mall with someone and caught them flashing a hand sign to a man wearing a satanic symbol around his neck. Trump constantly flashes the triple 6 right in our faces. 666. I investigated him thoroughly as I was a staunch supporter UNTIL I saw that he said one thing and did another. By their FRUITS ye shall know them NOT by their talk. I found him throwing the triangle - which is a demonic portal. Merkel flashes it. If you look online - it's not in one place it took me months of research to find Obama, Reagan, Bush, and also leaders of other countries throwing demonic hand signs.

Hollywood throws the same hand signs. It may be Beyonce and her boyfriend who threw a hand sign that means: "Party with young people to hunt, rape, and kill"

This is a lot and most Christians disbelieve it but it's all true. I was injured and spent 5 years researching it all from bed. It's all right in your face. I urge you to read Sons of Liberty media and Chuck Baldwin. They know a lot of the same things I know.

Trump is a puppet for the illuminati. You'll learn this is the TRUTH. He is collapsing America to make it into the North American Union for the coming One World Government: The New World Order.

I suggest that you research the above terms. They have bad things in store for Christians. They're planning WW3 and another false flag.

I have found it hard to find a good church too. The last church I went to was for a period of about three or so years. About two years of attending the pastor one day was asking me why I had moved from the country up to the city. I briefly explained to him why and got quite emotional in the middle of it as I moved due to family circumstances that were not pleasant at the time. He just dismissed my upset and started talking to other people nearby as though nothing happened. He was actually laughing and joking with them in the middle of my upset. I felt so angry.

After that as well as seven or so other incidences with the pastor I just left and never went back. Now I just get my teaching from certain people of YouTube.
I have found many Christians on youtube providing better spiritual fruit or wisdom than many sermons I've heard in a church.

That's a good point about Paul telling them to kick them out of the church. I just don't think that only "forgiving" people is the only response. I think there are times when you HAVE to cut certain people off. I did that to a "Christian" who did something extremely evil. I wish I had known that Christians could be every bit as evil as non-Christians. She tried pulling that crap about forgiveness acting like it was MY fault. I cut her off - she's downright EVIL - she hides it well. I feel no guilt as God knows what she did. I wish He would punish her because she is an extremely evil person.
