 Glad you stepped back on the Nixon one. I was thinking, Watergate is not just a hotel. ;)

I'll start with your first guy on that list. Paul Manafort. His charges were pre-Trump campaign. Nothing to do with Trump.
I'll look into the rest when I have more time. And when that lovely inviting Cheesecake Factory item in my fridge isn't loudly calling my name before dinner.
Priorities my dear, priorities. :D:p:LOL::love: Cheeeeeesecake. Proof God loves us and wants to make us exercise more.
That sounds awfully good😁.

It makes me sick! I know Biden is a fraud. I'm tired of being politically correct. I'm tired of people not caring about this endless lockdown. About people destroying families. About destroying jobs. About destroying FUTURES for young children. This whole LOCKDOWN is a fraud from the depths of Satan to undermine the family! BIDEN is a fraud and NO CHRISTIAN CAN SUPPORT HIM! AMEN! THANK YOU JESUS FOR THIS TRUTH! I ONLY STAND FOR YOUR TRUTH AND LET IT BE KNOWN THAT ANYONE WHO THINKS OTHERWISE HATES YOUR TRUTH AND WORSHIPS THE WORLD MORE THAN YOU!

I said law and not 'laws'

Section 230

both sides actually want to change it....but as my husband is fond of saying, the government is designed to work slowly

read the entire article by all means, but the following is the root of the problem (found in the article)

The statute in Section 230(c)(2) further provides "Good Samaritan" protection from civil liability for operators of interactive computer services in the removal or moderation of third-party material they deem obscene or offensive, even of constitutionally protected speech, as long as it is done in good faith.

Well, I reckon there’s gonna be a whole lotta members of the current administration as well, #45 included, in that chain gang, alongside with the Democrats you have indicted😁.
The FBI, DOJ, John Ratcliffe have confirmed that the Hunter Biden laptop is genuine and authentic. The evidence indicates the following:

Joe Biden would skuttle a foreign policy negotiation, because he was cutting side deals for his own personal benefit with the belligerent nations he was negotiating with.

He did this continuously nonstop for eight years during the Obama administration.

Such actions are the very definition of treason. Seeing as there is now plenty of evidence Joe Biden should be criminally charged for treason, racketeering, money laundering and tax evasion.

Furthermore there is prima facie evidence on the laptop that Hunter Biden Who is committing illegal sex acts with a 14 year old neice. There is also plenty of evidence indicating Hunter was involved in human trafficking/prostitution rings.

The FBI who was in possession of a laptop for a year did absolutely nothing.....took no action made no arrests interviewed no witnesses absolutely nothing. They should be criminally charged for obstruction of justice.

Incredibly, high level of Democrats ran interference and concocted yet another Russian hoax story, knowing full well that they had zero evidence to indicate anything like that. They lied and lied some more and then lied some more after that. Of course this effort was another humiliating failure.

So what is your opinion? Orange man bad?

I'd say that law doesn't actually pertain to Twitter's actions. If it did Twitter, whom we can presume has a gigantic legal team on retainer, would not have walked back their decision to block all members from sharing that NYP Hunter Biden laptop story.

The law Twitter is breaking having censored in that way however is another matter.
What Twitter did may be construed as an illegal corporate "in-kind contribution” to the Joe Biden presidential campaign.

Houston Judge And Election Staff Accused Of Voter Fraud By Retired Cop

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/20...ection-staff-accused-voter-fraud-retired-cop/
Texas a blue state! Can you believe it?

Remember this? July 2019. Vote for Biden and we'll be wearing masks for four years and giving a man who sold out America for 8 years as VP another opportunity to demand more money as president.

Joe Biden earned $15.6 million in the two years after leaving the vice presidency
https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...aad492-a27e-11e9-b8c8-75dae2607e60_story.html

The vast majority of the former vice president’s income — which totaled $11 million in 2017 and $4.6 million in 2018 — came from book payments and speaking fees, according to newly released tax returns and financial disclosure forms required of federal office-seekers.

All told, the Bidens made nearly five times more in the past two years than the next- highest earner, Sen. Kamala D. Harris (D-Calif.), who with her husband earned $3.3 million. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) each took in about $1.7 million in family income.

The questions will be answered by filing a lawsuit against Twitter and Facebook etc.
Anyone can see that the evidence is overwhelming and none of this censorship was done in anything like good faith.

These laws have yet to be challenged and they should. Given the states and the potential damage awards is well worth the money and effort. And oh yes I forgot......they can pay.

The DOJ file civil lawsuits all the time against entities such as banks etc. And they win all the time, netting gigantic monetary rewards in the billions.

Sue them, sue them now, sue them often. That's the solution to the present predicament. There is no defense against these charges.......Constitutional rights have been violated.

Well, these people are/were somehow part of the Trump administration, so let’s start with Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, Steve Bannon, Michael Cohen, Rick Gates, George Papadopoulus, Michael Flynn, Chris Collins (world dumbest criminal), Duncan Hunter...then there’s yet to be indicted...Tom Price, Scott Pruitt, Wilbur Ross... the list is long.

Don’t think George W. Bush, George H. W. Bush, Ronald Reagan, Gerald Ford or Richard Nixon would have surrounded themselves with such a bunch of outlaws...oh well... forget about me mentioning Nixon, he and ole Trump probably would have been the best of buddies lol.
OK, back to your list. Thank God for USA Today huh?
Paul Manafort is down. I already revealed he wasn't indicted for anything that pertained to the Trump campaign.

Let me move on in that USA Today list. Not necessarily in order of names appearing.

Steve Bannon. Of course this is all part of what even Bannon described as "headhunting of high profile political targets" associated with President Trump. And he's right. We know the Democrats in the House went after Trump to take the spotlight off their corruption alongside Biden. The guilt by association tactic is just that, another anti-Trump tactic by a party that hates the first president that doesn't sell out America for money. Unlike the Democrats and even Republicans.

Keeping in mind the standard in America Jurisprudence, innocent until proven guilty. Bannon was indicted and has not yet been to trial. He is currently out on bail. Therefore, being charged isn't the same as being guilty.
Of equal importance? Bannon's alleged sins/crimes cannot be let at the feet of President Donald Trump. Trump isn't guilty of Bannon's crimes because Bannon was indicted. Bannon's indictment

General Michael Flynn = The Justice Department dropped all charges. Therefore the indictment is moot. Indictment does not equal guilt.
Keep in mind BHO attended Harvard law in 1988
RELATED: Newly Declassified Docs Finger Obama in Flynn(That would be General Michael Flynn) Wiretapping

George Papadopoulos = Papadopoulos, who served 12 days in federal prison for lying to investigators about contacts with Russian-connected officials during the 2016 campaign
Remember "Special Council" Robert Mueller? (Talk about a history of corruption?) Papadopoulos was proven to not have anything to do with the so called Russia ties the corrupt Democrats wanted to affix to Trump's winning of the 2016 election.
Papadopoulos wants DOJ to examine $10K given to him by CIA or FBI
Former Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos on Sunday said he is returning to Greece to get $10,000 given to him as part of a CIA or FBI setup to entrap him – and he now wants the Department of Justice to examine the cash.

Papadopoulos said he was given the money in Israel during the summer of 2017 from a guy he believes was a spy but turned the moolah over to his attorney for safekeeping in Greece.

“A man named Charles Tawil gave me this money under very suspicious circumstances. A simple Google search about this individual will reveal he was a CIA or State Department asset in South Africa during the ’90s and 2000s. I think around the time when Bob Mueller was the director of the FBI,” he told
“Sunday Morning Futures” on Fox News.

To continue:
Rick Gates - Over and done with. Spent 45 days in jail for lying to federal investigators. Again, these men and their actions did not implicate President Trump as being responsible for their actions.

Michael Cohen- Trump's former attorney from 2006 to 20018 and is now disbarred.
https://lawandcrime.com/high-profile/heres-all-the-things-michael-cohen-lied-about/

We need to keep this in mind. It isn't illegal to do business in or with Russia!
Trump was a developer before he entered the presidential race. Cohen lied because Cohen was part of those legal business dealings private citizen developer Trump was considering with Russia.
Mueller came after Cohen because he and his handlers were after then President Trump. Not private citizen developer Trump.
Cohen was jailed because of Cohen! Not Trump.

And lastly in that list, Roger Stone. Told you I wasn't going to go in order per the USA Today list. ;)

How The Roger Stone Indictment Undermines Robert Mueller’s Probe
What we have here is an arrest of a man who pretended to be in the know with WikiLeaks (but wasn’t) and lied about it, and then lied about gossiping about Julian Assange in emails.

(Stone's sentence was commuted by President Trump)

All those indicted men who were in any way associated with Donald Trump have no thing to do with implicating President Trump in their behaviors. Nothing. It would be like my being arrested for something and then the entire membership of CC is implicated as sharing in responsibility for my crime.
Ain't happening!
Now, if those baaaad men are to put a black eye on President Trump, let's look at where Pardoned Roger Stone is today. What's that? Advising a Democrat Presidential candidate? Why yes, with his record pardon or no, yes, he is. :D

I think Twitter walked back their censorship action against the Hunter Biden laptop story because they realized where an investigation into that would lead.
The guy who owns Twitter also owns the portable sales processing company known as Square.

RNC complaint filed under 52 U.S.C. § 30109(a)(1) of the Federal Election Campaign Act (“FECA”)

October 19, 2020
RNC files FEC complaint against Twitter, claims company made 'illegal in-kind contribution' to Biden campaign

The RNC claims that by limiting circulation of the New York Post article about Hunter Biden's business dealings and Joe Biden's alleged knowledge of those dealings, Twitter violated federal campaign finance law

The RNC, in its complaint, said Twitter “is a partisan actor, run by partisan Democrats” and is “using its corporate resources to provide active support for Joe Biden’s campaign in violation of federal law,” and demanded the FEC “conduct an immediate investigation” into Twitter’s “illegal in-kind contributions to the Biden campaign,” and “impose the maximum penalty allowed under the law.”

***Check out this video*** 50% of Democrats have completed mail-in voting....but only 25% of Republicans. Trump is already leading in the polls....

You do the math. Furthermore a significant percentage will indeed change their vote to Trump from Biden. Trump in an epic landslide 2020.

Hopefully you prediction proves to be true. Starting to look like Trump is going to carry Florida and the polls seem to be tightening in his favor. It is relative easy to change a mail-in ballot. A google search will provide a local phone number, you just say that you want your vote nullified and it's done. After that you are qualified to vote in an actual voting poll. You cannot however, change your vote if you voted early in person at your local precinct as it is tabulated immediately. I believe that a whole lot of predominated Democrat mail-in ballots are going to arrive late and be disqualified. The US Supreme Court will most likely play a critical role in deciding the post-election issues and challenges.

I hope we're praying for Trump/Pence victory this November 3rd. Anything else is going to be devastating to this nation.
And hopefully people will choose to vote in person to at least do their part to offset the potential for fraud by other means of voting. Though there are those stories that China is planning to hack the polling stations so as to get their Biden monies worth. :(
God forbid!
Pray!
When Biden sold out this country as a Senator and VP imagine our future if he's president! And Harris? Nightmare in a skirt.

Obama and Joe Biden and their administrations are one of the most corrupt and criminalized in the history of the United States. The Hunter Biden laptop, the Russian collusion hoax and the impeachment hoax, the seal team six assassinations, the Benghazi bombshell, Hillary's vast pay to play revenues and her secret email server scheme to cover it all up. Collaborating with our enemies Iran Ukraine Russia and China for profit and to destroy the fabric of the nation and President Trump.

Those two and many in their administration belong in prison for treason sedition and high crimes against the United States.
