Why Jerusalem?

This question is for those who insist Rome is the harlot who the nations attack.

According to revelation, the ten horns of the beast hate the harlot and will make her desolate and naked and will burn her flesh with fire.

The question is, if Rome was the harlot why do so many scriptures show the nations attacking Jerusalem and not Rome?

For instance, revelation shows the beast killing the witnesses in Jerusalem. Not Rome.

Again in zech 14,the nations attack Jerusalem and not Rome.

If the nations hate Rome as much as you want to believe, why do they attack Jerusalem and not Rome?

Playing the harlot throughout the Word describes apostolic assembly.

When any denomination teaches doctrines of man as from our Father this is harlotry.
All denominations teach apostasy, teaching things as from the Father when they are truly of man.

All who believe are of the faith of Abraham.

There are TWO 'harlots" in Revelation........one in Rev 12 is Jerusalem, the one in Rev 17 is Rome
Two beasts....one the beast nation, the other is the beast king

Jerusalem/Israel is the (Harlot) as seen throughout the Old Testament, I could post 20 more examples.

Your claim of Apostolic assemblies and denominations is in error

Can you demonstrate how the denominations are all in agreement with God?

Revelation says the harlot is a city that sits on seven hills.

The question is, why does scripture show them attacking Jerusalem and not Rome?

Why would the horns on the beast destroy Jerusalem if the Beast is ruling the world from Jerusalem?

Oh and i identify the harlot as a religion.. A religion that is initally supported by the beast,, untill that whore out lives her usefulness..

I see the harlot as a fake religion masqurading as the true religion of God..

This discussion is about that CITY.
It's not about denominations.

Relevation does not say the beast rules from Jerusalem. Those are your words. Not God's.

The nations love the Harlot. They are of the Harlot. That Harlot is their Harlot. They adore her.
