So if many of you like me have noticed that the enemy has really being bringing his game and spiritual attacks and resistance against prayers seem to be much more common and stronger this year then you also may know that many perhaps including your yourself have been fighting alone praying for God's help against the enemy some have even gotten to the point where they just break.

My own battles this year have been over the course of many month several times bringing me to the point where I almost killed myself a few times I have always struggled with suicidal thoughts and the attacks from the enemy were so heavy and so strong that several times I was so close to going through with it I literally had to beg God to intervene with everything I had that is how scared I was I knew exactly where the knives were in the house and at that point I didn't care what pain slicing my thraot would bring I just couldn't do it anymore.
God luckily answered every time and saved me from myself the storm passes and comes back eventually sometimes the storm would last for a whole month or two and he knew exactly where to strike those who know my family and my situation with them probably know what I am talking about.

However it isn't just me I have spoken to many who have noticed the intensity of the attacks as well and I am sure there many more who going through this as well but haven't spoken up. However if the intensity of the enemies attacks increase so must our coming together to encourage strengthen pray for and build each other up, I wanted to make this thread not for debates but a home for people who have been or are going through such attacks, we all think we have to be strong and fight this alone by leaning on God but the early church also constantly leaned on each other and this is when God really rolled up his sleeves and was like stand back and watch this.

People wonder why the early church seems to have died and have you noticed that as time went on the ( church) became more and more divided and what was it that Jesus said? A kingdom divided cannot stand and this is true for more than just obvious reasons it is a well known and understood battle tactic divide and conquer the enemy is well versed in the art of war.

So I truly hope this can be a home for people and that instead of debating on doctrines or theology or a pre conceived feeling or thought about someone you may not like that everyone would come together in unity instead. If you want to see God show you what he can really do we first have to come together in unity and fight the good fight as an army not individual warriors

We need to be aware of who we are when Christ is within us. We are not the sinful person we were before we prayed to Jesus to wipe out our sins. Now we are a perfect person. We can rest in that, glory in that.

I once put a prayer shawl on a woman who was bipolar, she was feeling such agony that suicide was her only out. I explained she was to cover herself with the shawl closing out everything around her and just be alone with the Lord and let Him fill her. She came from under the shawl and stared at me in amazement, said "That is powerful", turned on her heel and went home whole again.

Bilk,
first of all, none of us will ever be 'perfect' while we are living in our fleshly bodies, as Paul so clearly
points out - BUT, he clearly states that he has for sure 'run his race', the one that Jesus gave to him,
and we, as those who Christ has called are required to do, and he clearly states that he has 'WON' his race!
Bilk, what does this statement of his mean to you???

for us, it is very clear what he is sharing with all of us who understand exactly what 'the race is'...

Well I did go through it and the storm has passed for now but another will be coming, the difference is this time around God used all of that to free me from the chains I burdened myself with and that is what I want for anyone else who is struggling with spiritual warfare because I know all to well how heavy the attacks can be

That is a beautiful testimony
the reason I explained all I did was because many in this year have been under severe attacks more so than normal and I know how severe it can get because I went through it and so I wanted this thread to be a place for people to freely express what they are going through and for everyone to help and build each other up
We are in a spiritual war and the battle is heating up but many are fighting on their own and going through horrible spiritual warfare

I hope to unite the church and bring love and life in one another because honestly I think we all could use it

Doesn't Christ tell us we are made righteous in Him? Isn't this why Christ gave His blood for us?

Blain, life itself can feel/seem burdensome at times. I'll pray for you that you never lose sight of The Lord. That no matter what storm or tribulation you should pass through, no matter what monster from the past, what emotion, thought or weapon comes against you- you will not forget who he is.

If that is the wrong kind of prayer for you or if any point of it is not suitable to your situation let me know.
I will gladly alter my prayer accordingly. I only want to be praying in agreement with you.

============================
ROMANS 6:1.
What shall we say then? Shall we 'continue in sin', that Grace may abound?
13.
Neither yield your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God,
as those that are 'alive from the dead', and your members as instruments of Righteousness unto God.
(((our JOB)))...
ROMANS 12:1.
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice,
holy, acceptable unto God, which is your (reasonable service)='divine service'.

Hey guys. I feel like this is finally the place where I can vent and speak my mind (other than with God of course). I’m 14 and i’ve been diagnosed with like 2 (+ 1 unspecified) mental health illnesses. It’s tiring. Lately i’ve been under immense amounts of spiritual attacks (at least i think they are). Thoughts that don’t feel like my own. Blasphemous and intrusive thoughts is the main thing. It is incredibly tiring and sometimes i just feel like giving up. I’ve struggled with suicidal thoughts since i was smaller. So with all this going on, it kind of came back stronger. I got closer to God this quarantine. And I am so so grateful that God had mercy on me and drew me back to Him. When things get tough i just burn out and can’t seem to continue on. I get numb (that’s the best way to describe it, like a walking corpse). I don’t know, it’s hard. I know the Lord will bring me out in His timing. Whether that’s here on earth or when He calls me into His presence. I just want to be there already, though. No sin. No worries. No pain. Just me and Him. If any one has any advice, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, have a wonderful day.
