Hello, I go by Pepper515. I'm in the USA. I am blessed with two wonderful children, 11 years old girl and 6 years old boy. I am divorced. God has spoken to me multiple times.
I have a few hobbies, I rock climb when I am able, I am interested in poetry, wood carving and burning, and hiking. I enjoy most being with my kids. My daughter is on the spectrum. My son is so inquisitive. Recently they asked about what is a Christian.

Hello Pepper, we are delighted that you have joined us here at Christian Chat. You have some very interesting hobbies. Rock climbing...is that vertical climbing with ropes?

Welcome! Sorry to hear that you and your children went through a divorce. When your kids asked you about what is a Christian. What did you say? It would seem the Holy Spirit is speaking within them too and they have chosen to seek Him out. Keep it up as they will be able to compare and contrast God's way vs doing things strictly our way. Strictly our way tends to end up in a jumbled mess. Having the truth of God can bring order and meaning to life, even when circumstances are not ideal. Have a good night. Be blessed.

Welcome to CC, sister Pepper. I might tell a young child that being a Christian is letting Jesus lead them and believing that He loves them and knows what is best. Perhaps you could then share John 3 with them. God bless you, dear.
