oh, okay.
 So does that mean that you are going to stop commenting on our politics?
Or on our rules/regulations for fill in the blanks ???
because everything that we do here all comes back down to the" behaviour of the populace of the USA"

Science  now that's funny.
It was a science teacher who video confrenced at a school district board meeting urging the district to switch to virtual learning because she doesn't feel safe in the classroom, where she has multiple students in her room each day, who have been doing who knows what, and families who have been who knows where.
That same SCIENCE teacher was standing in line on the day after Thanksgiving at a doorbuster event hamming it up for the selfies, squealing with her friends and having a "gay ol' time" in the middle of a crowd of complete strangers...........
but please don't make me come to work in the classroom everyday with the same group of people. I want to stay in my warm pj's, in my cozy bed an extra 45 minutes, and not have to commute to and from the building. I want to roam around my home doing whatever suits my fancy during the periods of the day when I have no classes. After all, the science behind these overinflated made up numbers tells me that it's safer to be locked in my home away from everyone...... (but I'll still run around in public doing whatever I want ;) )

oooooppppsss, sorry. That falls under the "behavior of the populace of the USA"
Alot of the so called science results are based on who paid them the most to say what they want them to say. I ditch the science results in the bin.

Caution: put down and swallow the coffee first...
A new vulnerability, this time with the TSx DRE machines, was reported in May 2006. According to Professor Rubin, the machines are "much, much easier to attack than anything we've previously said... On a scale of one to 10, if the problems we found before were a six, this is a 10. It's a totally different ballgame." According to Rubin, the system is intentionally designed so that anyone with access can update the machine software, without a pass code or other security protocol. Diebold officials said that although any problem can be avoided by keeping a close watch on the machines, they are developing a fix.[17]

Michael I. Shamos, a professor of computer science at Carnegie Mellon University who is a proponent of electronic voting and the examiner of electronic voting systems for Pennsylvania, stated "It's the most severe security flaw ever discovered in a voting system." Douglas W. Jones, a professor of computer science at the University of Iowa, stated "This is the barn door being wide open, while people were arguing over the lock on the front door." Diebold spokesman David Bear played down the seriousness of the situation, asserting that "For there to be a problem here, you're basically assuming a premise where you have some evil and nefarious election officials who would sneak in and introduce a piece of software. I don't believe these evil elections people exist."[18]

i comme

my ex-doctor was like this, just wanted money.

about 3 1/2 months ago, my last visit, my triglycerides were too high ( over 300).

he wanted my to take meds, i wanted to do a sugar purge.

well, long story short, got my latest test back today.

triglycerides 89.

my way worked, did not need meds.

lesson- dr.'s are not all knowing.
A lady I worked with had an operation in her twenties inside her abdominal cavity. She was just never the same after that operation. Years later she had to have another operation on something else. When they were performing surgery they discovered that certain staples of some sort were not removed from her previous operation and that was causing her to be sick all those years. Surgeon had since passed away and there was absolutely nothing she could do about it. Scary, very scary.

Good, say hey for me. I think, down deep, he really liked me. I was growing on him.
"1918 if not worse". Coming from a doctor (supposedly) that is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. The 1918 Spanish flu killed fully 3% to 6% of the entire population. Nobody knows for sure.
COVID-19 has not impacted the 2020 total death toll in the United States in any meaningful measurable way.

11thhour is part of the gaslighting crew folks. No informed sane honest person would compare the 1918 flu with COVID-19. Case closed on 11thhour.

I’m oftentimes wondering why some people keep telling people from the other side of the political spectrum that they are liberal snowflakes in a dire need of safe spaces. These same characters are ignoring people here left and right if others don’t agree with them on all counts. Truly baffling😁.

I have been skimming through this thread, and what intrigues me is the massive condemnation of science and education. I’ll be the first person to admit that I don’t have much education myself, except from military training, but we, on the whole, as a society, are dependent on both education and science. Regardless of what we lack in that direction personally.

I think we need to focus on the educational system, because our country doesn’t need a bunch of uneducated rednecks like myself. We ain’t bringing the country forward. Quite the opposite, I’d dare say.

If we are Christian our focus is required to be on our Lord and Savior. "Seek FIRST the kingdom of God and ALL these things shall be added unto you". We are to seek His guidance first and be in such a place that we can receive, understand, and act on His guidance. So many of the posts here, the medical accidents, are from relegating what should have been a right relationship with Him to a begrudged hour of worship once a week. Jesus doesn't guide anyone to go to a quack.

There is plenty of research at the university level that is conducted objectively and with integrity.
This is also another myth that is widely stated and often not true.

I have personally witnessed several situations where universities have stood their ground against industry partners to publish results that reflect exactly what was discovered.

This myth does a huge disservice to many PhD students and Professors who work tirelessly to publish valuable, necessary and useful information.

I take great issue with huge broad stroke statements that disparage the work of many good people.

Our local state university murders babies and teaches medical students how to do so.

Why you guys do it all the time .. the Spanish flu was an influenza virus, it that what you compare Covid too, the regular flu.

And your above statement is completely false. You are the one gaslighting.

Have you even stepped foot in a medical hospital recently , do you know anyone personally in the medical field.

What you do is post memes from Alt right newspapers all day that have their own agenda.
Yeah and I never stated I was medical doctor and by the way like I stated this is basic high school science and math.

They have no clue what they are even talking about, broad sweeping generalizations.
A completely regressive mindset is apparent, it was Christians that pulled us out of the dark ages, however I fear they are the ones pulling us back that way.

Sir Isaac Newton would be so dismayed at present day evangelical mind.

And people like Frank Chatter get banned for trying to wake people up! Sad

so far this fall, according to the c d c, there have been less than 500 cases of influenza as of nov. 28,

now, we all know than tens of thousands get the flu every winter. so we are on pace to have a shockingly low flu season, maybe the least on record.

now, there is a very obvious reason for that......

and, i gave up on 11th hour a while back.

you have got her own prime minister on tape talking about the great reset, the mayor of chicago talking about the new world order, but according to her, orange man bad and we are crazy conspiracy theorists for pointing these things out.

And George Bush talked about the New World Order?
What is your point?

Do I need to provide proof or are you unaware?

Do you really think the Chicago Mayor was addressing some global communist plot :D... seriously go read the full context of her speech

Some prefer the simple, dumb downed version of real life that is why I get red X's.
Some refuse to see the nuances ... all black or white.
Christians are marginalizing themselves, soon no one will take them seriously and any influence for good they should have will be
nonexistent.

That sir is the real tragedy since Christians in the past were the salt of the earth.....seems now some are the conspiracy promoters of the earth.

You get the red x's because people dont agree with what you have said or don't you think that is possible?

if someone said to me that the c d c was reporting less than 500 cases of influenza as of last week, i would go to the c d c website and look.

if that were true, then i would give the person credit for being truthful.

that is what a honest person would do.

someone just pushing an agenda would see that, not go and look , and mock the person who said it, calling them a crazy conspiracy theorist,

because those who are just pushing agendas are not honest, they may think they are, rationalize themselves into believing they are, but they are not.

A look at how unregulated capitalism really works... Looks like we need to find the happy medium of capitalism with a mixture of socialist programs (which is what we currently have).
Banks demanded more mortgages? The banks were forced to give out mortgages to people who could not afford the payments. Thanks Rep Barney Franks.
