I would like to get used to drinking apple cider vinegar with honey in chilled water. It is supposed to be very good for you. The taste is not so good though but I think you can get used to it. It is supposed to be very good for keeping your muscles flexible and supple.

I've read it's very good for multiple things. Wasn't thrilled with the taste either... Just use straw to protect tooth enamel, honey might blunt the taste but it's still acidic ph...

Is honey bad to eat straight. I eat it all the time with a spoon.

My math skills are not great either, but let's round that off to 1cm = 1/3 of an inch, making 60 cms 20 inches o_O

I looked it up; 60 cms = 23.6220472 inches :geek:

That's one big lizard ;) Two feet long!!!

I drank some with Stevia instead of sugar for a while...

A few years ago I tried taking up pop drinking but it did not work out for me LOL

Even though it was pretty tasty ;):D

That right there... the ginger root beer is my favorite zevia flavor! I don't drink it too often though because I usually just get the cheap stuff lol.

I was really talking about vinegar, it's extremely acidic and will damage enamel over time, people who drink this and don't use straw... As you go lower in Ph things get 10x more acidic per point. Honey is slightly acidic the realistic damage is probably from sugars in it, sticking to the teeth. This is so for any sugary sticky foods. Brush 30 mins after if you're consuming something acidic - you erode enamel more if you brush straight after meal because enamel is slightly softened from acidic food.

Unfortunately the glycemic index of honey is almost exactly the same as sugar which means they both raise a person's blood sugar equally fast and raise it the same amount. The difference is that honey has vitamins and antioxidants.

It's just a small misunderstanding, let's not blow things out of proportion. Tbh some things you said earlier sounded oddly confrontational to me too but I chose to not say it, assuming it is likely a misreading on my part. Tone unfortunately doesn't carry well into text, especially when one doesn't use a bunch of emojis constantly. Which nobody's obliged to do of course, but it's just how it goes, it happens.
Not to mention, we're a group of people all communicating from different parts of the world here.
The three that I know of for sure (without checking EVERYONES profile)
are
US
Africa
Australlia........
so misunderstandings are highly likely

yes, I have often pondered this remedy myself.......
I think though, if you can get past the inital  of drinking it the first few times, that eventually your body will :sick:ask for it and be able to drink it no problem. I think that is what happened when I tried it for like 2 days and just couldnt stand to do it (and got to lazy to make it). By like day 3 or 4 out the blue I was craving apple cider vinager  though I did not give into that craving....... so why is the craving and follow through with soda- specifically pepsi- an issue for me????? Hmmmmm STRONGHOLDS perhaps?
Didn't Jesus come to break the strongholds in our lives when we let Him????...........
This bears exploring this year.

Well, truthfully, it is much more difficult to emotionally attach to a lizard than say, a dog or a cat ;):D

But we do love our pets, regardless :)

I cried when my goldfish died :( I was 16.

It got stuck behind the pump
I feel like crying when one of my fish die too. I had one for more than 10 years and it died last year. I felt like i was crying inside. It was a tiger barb tetra, but I've had goldfish too. I don't want anymore because I get too attached to them.

That's a long life for a fish! Though I know some can live for many years, just like some birds and reptiles...

The Koi fish can live a couple of hundred years o_O So can whales and sharks :geek:

This page details the life span of some animals :D
