“For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return there but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.

Formula of the day…
Spirit of Truth + Word of Truth = Internal combustion...Beth Moore.
Lately, my health missions have been in a pretty good place, eating healthy and exercising most days, yet resting too, seeking balance. Sometimes, though I lack balance, yearning to be more fit physically, I'll let my spiritual go a bit. Today, as I was out walking and running, He touched my minds activity, reminding me of how important my thought life is. How often am I meditating on the word?
Hmmmm...honestly, not too much.
I think that it is a good time to remrmber practice = habit. I need to work on my meditating on the word, intentionally and daily.
Lord, help me to be healthy in all ways, seeking ways to take precious care of others and myself, all with You in mind. Most of all Lord, help me keep You before me all day, at all times, keeping You and Your words front and center. Help me love and to love mercy as I am called. Help me to take care of myself, honoring this vessel in which You dwell, but not in such a manner that it becomes more consuming than You, Yourself, or that it causes me to become more self centered or vain.
