The very fact that you can sing after all you have been through.....testifies to the goodness of God! Amen!

Take it from someone who knows, it's not easy to sing in front of others, even on video. Keep practicing and your voice will get stronger and stronger, as will your confidence. Music speaks to people when nothing else can I believe. It reaches where maybe a sermon cannot. Keep praising, keep singing and playing brother!

We bring glory to God with our voice, our dance, and our worship. Praise God we have these gifts to open ourselves up to God and let our love pour out to him.

Practice makes perfect, but in practice He is perfecting me. Working within unto completion. Thank you God.

Oh yes for sure. It isn't easy to open oneself up to criticism but sometimes the time comes where the training must be evaluated in order to improve. It has been a long year, my voice at the start of 2020 could only get through one or two songs before getting raspy. It has improved but still working on both timing and strumming.

Music opens pathways in the brain not in normal function, same as when we pray. Mix the two in worship and you have a higher elevated status that can even help with focus and meditation on Gods Word. It is as if a triune relationship to bring us closer to God.
