Bojangles is a southern fried chicken stand. They tend to make cajun spiced foods with a louisiana flair. You can get mashed potatoes but they have dirty rice too. (Which is better than the instant potatoes)
But they make great biscuits and getting a boneless chicken filet dredged in cajun spices and flour stuffed into a good biscuit is pretty tasty. They are horribly fattening and not on any diet plan...but it's been a while since I've had one. I'll eat one of those along with something akin to an oversized tater tots but with some onion in them and will skip lunch.
But they have country ham (similar to prosciutto) biscuits and different sausage biscuits too
