Throughout the books in the bible, the Lord reiterates repeatedly through dozens of his servants, to walk humbly, do justly, be equitable, speak truth, and to basically love your neighbor. The Lord saw the need to repeat all this relatively simple set of commandments throughout the bible because He knew man would otherwise not believe in doing them. The reason why man would not believe in God/love, humility, truth, justice, and equity, is because there is another game afoot throughout the world which has been playing since man chose to believe in the devil over God, in the garden. It is that game of Mammon, which is also referred to as the curse in Isaiah 24 and Zechariah 3, whose belief in, supersedes our faith in God/love.
When the wedding comes, I hope not to be one of those in Matthew 22, whose playing interests in Mammon/the curse, supersede my interests in God/love.

This reminded me of a sermon from the pastor that got me to join the Lutheran Church. The jist of the sermon was that God does miracles, and though we say we believe in miracles, our actions don't show it. About how when we are sick we go to medicine before we go to prayer, and that's how we deal with all our earthly problems. We go to work trying to fix them and then go to prayer last, when all else fails. When we should go straight to prayer first. It was a wonderful message about how faithless we actually are.

I've met those who I knew later were either God or His Angels. I've seen the [impossible] happen before my very eyes. And I've spent a lifetime understanding the things I know, need to know, and what it all means. And even though God invited me, accepted my acceptance of His Call, has given me my Faith to which I am now able to know the meaning to my own life's experiences, I still needed to know God for myself.

Ever wonder how Peter, Paul, and the other disciples did the miracles/works that Christ did, and even greater ones (John 14:12)? It is because they believed solely in God, and had no faith in Mammon/the curse, that we, including myself, are all double minded with today.

John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

"since man chose to believe in the devil over God, in the garden. "

Not exactly how it happen. You need to know to understand just HOW the Father sees you right now and WHY He sees you like that. Mammon... again do you KNOW just who your Father is and WHO you are IN Christ Jesus? From the start you said something that is not written :)...the way your saying it.

The wedding.. again WHO was Jesus talking to? They wouldn't listen would not still most do not believe in Him. The heart.. no man nows.. Most know the name JESUS yet are blind ...He said if you were blind you would have no sin you say you believe your sin remains. Everyone gets a choice. Kinda hard to hold someone accountable for something they TRULY don't know. Man... all man knows is sin darkness first and has never see the Father in all His glory and power...never. Now Satan and all his fallen angels KNOW GOD were there to see feel hear God in all His glory. Satan freely walked away.. thats why salvation is only for man. Do you see?

Man says most will be lost few will be saved. Heard this for over 40 years. Christ already died for the sin of the world. Behold the lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world. WE need to tell the world the GOOD NEWS! He said.. ANYONE that comes to Him He will not cast out. He said anyone that calls on the name of the lord shall me saved. Remember me.... this say you will be with me in paradise. Its far easier to be saved than lost. To hear Jesus came in the flesh died on the cross for the worlds sin was buried rose the 3rd day is the only way to the Father.. to believe this... you have every lasting life. HE IS REAL! What HE starts He finishes.

We can't judge this because all we see is flesh we never see the heart. Wedding.. Christ came to His own first they rejected Him.. He then went into the streets and WE are invited in. We are the branches that are grafted in vs org branches yet NO ONE can tell which branch is which.. all praise all glory all power.. holy holy holy...is the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY. Who was who is and who is to COME! See this world through His eyes.. see the people through His eyes.. He cries because not ONE saved or lost knows how much He LOVES them. He NEVER gives up He never loses. Its written what He starts He finishes. Everyone gets a choice..how I don't know.. What He told me when I was 14 or so.. I asked how can you send all these people to hell (forgive me) He came right back with "for God so loved the world. Everyone gets a choice". what I believe.. anyway

Actually, if you read the account, all of them had to see the resurrected Jesus with their own eyes before they will believe.

Thomas was unfairly deemed as doubting Thomas when the rest are the same.

The Lords disciples believed in Him to a point. That is why the Lord called them "ye of little faith". This is about where most of us who are truly of little faith in Christ are today.
Of course there are the phonies among the little faiths, who do not believe in Gods Word, and thereby give excuses for why they aren't where the Lord states those who believe in Him will be and do.

who has done greater works than HE did?Greater, not the same. Who has done greater than works than HE did?
That is His Word that there will be those who believe in Him who will do even greater miracles than those He did. You either believe this, or you don't, or you make excuses for why you do not fit the bill.

No one has done anything greater than HE did. HE healed a man's ear that was chopped of for example, who has done greater that in this earth?

HE fed 5000 with 5 loaves and 2 fishes.

Again, NO ONE has done greater than HE did, not even to talk of equal.

It is written greater than these shall ye do. Who has done greater than these?

You know the Words Of Jesus His Pre-Eminence are not something that should be ignored, discarded, or categorised. This is the GOD speaking who is all knowing, the GOD that cannot be taken unawares.

Therefore, what do you think it means that no one in this earth in the last 2000+ years has done greater than HE did, not to talk of even doing equally what HE did?

That you know of... According to jesus john the baptist was the greatest prophet would you agree with that? Some would say Elijah or Isaiah.
When are the good deeds of the Lord ever broadcast in these days...very few if any.

Question....what is this pre -eminence you seem to use after Christ name? Just curious 😜😜
