I don't think you know what feminism is. Remember, the communists use the opposite definition of what a word means in order to control the weak minded. So if they claim that feminism is about obtaining equal rights for women, it's either about obtaining superiority for women, or inferiority for women (as suits the purpose at the time), but it has nothing to do with equality for women.

How this logically relates to feminism? If a woman can take a man's job, why should a man not take a woman's sport?
You sound militant and seem to think if I do not agree with your opinions, then I don't know anything.

That, is not exactly a precursor to a discussion so I will just leave it at that. You have no clue of what I think, which is far more complicated than I will get into here and communists are not behind everything you seem threatened with.

My guess is you already feel threatened by women with strong decision-making abilities. Romans 1 is most definately a consideration when it comes to the LGBT nonsense

The problem is sin, yes. But all men have sin. The purpose of the government is to restrain sin, not encourage it. Communism is the sinner's utopian government, because it takes vice and calls it virtue.

pretty sure that has already happened :cautious:

can you imagine being the mother of a young teenage girl and you find out some 15 yr old male strolled into the girl's bathroom, while your daughter was there because he says he 'feels' female? How does a born male know what it is like to 'feel' female? You cannot identify with something that you really do not know what it is to actually be

personally, I get ticked off when I go to use a bathroom in public and there are 2 of them but both are designated bi, while it is obvious they used to be one of each. I don't care to see the toilet being missed in these bathrooms by errant males and I will walk out.

yuck
This is the kind of thing that really ticks me off and scares me. I feel cursed enough having to use a public restroom, but if more laws like this pass, it's just going to get creepier! That's why I think we have to take all this stuff so seriously. It's easy to laugh at the preferred pronoun stuff and things like that...then one day you wake up and things are seriously messed up. I can't even believe this is all happening.

Imagine this, you are a battered woman and you decide to be courageous and leave the relationship. You make your plan to flee, perhaps take your children to a safe place where he cannot find you and beat you for fleeing. You know there are women's shelters so you go there knowing they will take you in. Here you'll be safe, or so you think. When you get there a transgender, a man, is fighting for the right to have a bed right beside yours. He's demanding to get in. And there you are, scared, battered and bruised and you thought you were safe. This actually happened. And the woman who ran that shelter refused to let that man in. She is now suing the Biden gov't for trying to push this foolishness. The women in that shelter said had she let that man in they would have gone out into the woods in the snow and hid there overnight. People say elections have consequences, well there you go. For those who voted for Biden that swear he's a Christian we have this and forcing tax payers to pay for abortions. Explain to me again what a Godly man he is ??

It is truly sickening. There are things I don't like about Trump but I don't see how any Christian can turn over power to liberals who believe in this stuff. The saddest thing to me as a mom is that it's happening right in the middle of my kids' childhood and I have to somehow explain that there are people in the world that think like this. I want to protect them from it and I don't even know if I can anymore. Sometimes I wish I could trade places with my parents. What is the world coming to.... all I can do is pray.

It's very sad. I don't have children but I have nephews. I went for a walk in the park with my oldest nephew who is 16. He said only two girls in his class are straight. Two. My sister had them in Christian school but her husband took them out saying they couldn't afford it. I actually broke down and cried when she told me. I couldn't understand why she wouldn't fight to keep them in Christian school. Both in their teens and impressionable. Last summer the youngest, turning 13, asked me what porn was. I asked my sister if they had spoken to the boys about sex. She said she told her husband he needed to but he said it was too embarrassing. I told her that when the boys came to me with questions, I would not lie to them, or not answer them. My BIL has a daughter from another marriage. She got pregnant out of wedlock, married the guy( who was doing drugs and had to go to jail for it.) She divorced him and now has a baby that she leaves behind as she parties the night away. smh If parents won't raise their kids, someone else will. They will find out one way or another. I think I would do all I could do to have my kids in private school. If I couldn't I would be sure of what they were being taught and I would be sure they knew the truth.

Well private school isn't an option for us, but I am absolutely all over what they are being taught! I would home school them if things got bad enough in public school, but I pray that never happens. Thankfully we live in a really conservative (i.e. sane) area and don't have to deal with a lot of this craziness, but I fear it is coming.

As I was leaving school some of this began. Pushing homosexual agendas etc. I was in public school but like you, my mother was on top of what we were being taught. I stood up for what I believed in against the teachers because my parents had taught me the truth. It's not easy, but it is possible to raise your Christian kids in public school. But they push so much these days. BLM for one. I know Christian adults that have fallen for that propaganda.

It sounds like you have a great mom because you have such a good head on your shoulders! I love hearing that because it gives me hope that maybe I won't fail my kids! BLM is a whole other topic... my husband and I have talked about that one and other stuff like it a lot. It seems like everything is disguised now and the kids see it everywhere! Even in sports on TV! It is impossible to explain to them all the political agendas behind it. Sometimes I really struggle to explain the problems with it. Everything has gotten so complicated.

It's also influences though even "if" everything were more or less the status quo of the last 10-20 years. Tons of things to watch out for that a child is reasonably unlikely to mention but probably still affects them.

I think it's pretty crazy how much private schools cost but there are other options...If said child is a candidate for online schooling that's something to consider perhaps. Generally considerably cheaper than private school tuition. I went to a private school in the 9th grade and had to work off the tuition and we had some issues with them on it but I imagine there might be some options for something like that. Also perhaps scholarships or endowments through the church maybe?

There was a home school "program" at my church that was just sort of like a hang out during the day for the social aspect...not like afterschool but something like a bible study but really just rec time. I thought that was sort of neat that they networked homeschoolers like that.

Anyway, just throwing this out there because it's shameful to me to have the only obviously clear distinction in schooling be "free" state schools or expensive christian schools. Looking into how many tax dollars support education and what each parent actually pays toward that amount bothers me that there is little recourse. Though with the proper keywords and browsing a few articles there are some things I was totally unaware of like charter schools (which I thought were only scams but apparently can be used cleverly and to advantage in getting around attendance requirements).

Off topic I apologize, but education is something I'm pretty passionate about.

I don't think it's off topic at all! Education is so important to us too. We make sure they get a strong Biblical education at home and in church, but I constantly worry about what they are hearing and seeing at school. You make a great point about a child not mentioning what they are hearing. They are going to get tired of me prying about it! ;)

well I dont know a lot of transgender people so cant comment on the sport thing - not being involved with sports anyway

my neighbour has a transgender niece who turned nephew. she/he was an ivf baby. she is now a he. Because he now wants everyone to know hes male...I dont know about the sport thing, whether he is into any sport. I recall he got into cooking and wants to be a chef.

I suppose some people think that cooking is solely a womans domain but its not really...both genders do it.

as for males that trans into females. They tend to want to enter into things like beauty pageants. but then beauty pageants are kind of problematic anyway.

in some sports its actually mixed and based on ability and in some women do beat the men. I was watching the golden shearing competetion and though few women compete, some actually come out on top. and they are female...not trans.

Ive never gone in for too much segregation, Im judging a book awards and we dont separate out the books into girl books and boy books. But some people(men) used to insist that women couldnt read, couldnt write, couldnt vote, couldnt do this or that simply because women can bear children. or have periods. I think women can do all those things and bear children as well, though some may not actually want to.

The bible says its not good for a man to touch a woman, and also that women will have problems in childbirth or in the flesh, it is better to leave women as virgins as they will be happier. :)

I'm guessing most males who "convert" to "females" are happy they can skip the childbirth and periods! To me it's like choosing what you want to believe from the Bible. Some "choices" aren't meant to be choices.

The popularization of transgenderism is a result of the fact that what social progressivism became with the infusion of cultural Marxism in the 1960s requires the "liberation" of more and more obscure and taboo groups in order to fuel itself. It's an ideology that is incapable of satisfying it's own fire.

The other side of this issue is that transgenderism being the topic of discussion it is now is because our society is rotten and failed to hold the line previously at homosexual "marriage", no-fault divorce, tolerance of adultery, etc...

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth. 19 For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. 20 For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world,[g] in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. 21 For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Claiming to be wise, they became fools, 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things.

24 Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, 25 because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.

26 For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; 27 and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.

28 And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done. 29 They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, 31 foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless. 32 Though they know God's righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them.
Welcome to judgement camp y'all, enjoy your stay.

I'm sure some are. A lot of them will do some incredibly gross things. One man I work with that masquerades as a female has collected used tampons/pads in order to wear them and pretend to have a period to be "just like" the "other" girls. There's a lot more like that I could describe, but I would rather not be moderated negatively.

Can you comment on the physical differences between boys and girls? That is what the topic actually is.

The unfairness of boys pretending to be female and excelling in women's sports because of their obvious superior strength

I don't think that is hard to understand and does not require a bachelor's degree in sex ed

One day he will inflict upon himself an STD from some female who has one.

I won't ask how you know this though :(

I've read that some really extreme liberals believe that there actually aren't any physical differences between men and women and that it's all a social construct. It's mind blowing what people come up.

Well I guess that is the end of the population problem that one worlders seem to think we suffer from.
