Well, since coffee seems to be on the menu. I just like plain old Nescafe instant here. Milk and 1 sugar.

It's 0430 here and I can't sleep so I might as well have a cup :)

Health update:

I am better than yesterday. It will be a long process though. 6 weeks at least. God is with me, and I have the prayers and support of my Christian family to lean on and strengthen and encourage me. God is good!

I see phil36 light is on still. I have practiced a method to cause sleep where you close the eyes and roll the eye balls up as if looking up, seems to bring deep sleep in a hurry, whenever I do the next thing I am conscious of is awakening some hours later., I see someone plays mandolin, great to see.

lol, I've been to bed then back up just ones of those nights :unsure:.

Yeah the mandolin, well I treated myself to the mandolin and a practice set of Scottish small pipes to learn. The mandolin is a lot easier (I've playing guitar since I was in my early teens). The bagpipes not so easy lol.
