the "Truth of the Spirit or Spirit of truth as Jesus said in John 14

He will not speak of HImself but of ME. Jesus then said in john 14:6 I am the way, the life, and the Truth". Jesus is the only truth.
A door to the Truth sounds like "The Way" to me. The Way to everlasting Life.

So maybe He did need to die for the Truth to save us. The death acts as a gateway to the Truth.

Entangling our souls with Jesus is The Way out of this fallen reality. That's what opening the door means.

Did Jesus's crucifixion also create a literal "The Way" to the Truth?

The Cross is dual purposed. Sins of the world and a door to Life.

Is there something preventing man from existing first before They made
Uhm... the simple fact that God created earth?

So you could argue, I suppose, that God "could've" created out of dust something that's not in HIS image. But how likely is that when God regards only his own image as Godly? One would have to be an unbeliever to deny the image of God.

Besides, that something could not be man since... man has to be, well, an image of God, created. AND on top of it, Adam in Hebrew means man. Thus, Adam only could be the first man. Period. So again, one would have to be an unbeliever to reject this.

There has to be a gap somewhere between God's creation and calling it good ..and satan being cast out and ending up in the garden.

Jesus said HE is the Door in John 10:7 not a door or away but the only Door, and the only way, and only Truth and the only Life.

Period.

Isn't it weird that God "formed" Adam instead of creating him from scratch like He did for everything else?

Isn't it weird that God "formed" Adam instead of creating him from scratch like He did for everything else?

"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." - Gen 1:27 KJV

I think when Genesis 2 discusses the formation of Adam it is just being more descriptive of the details of that creation. Some interpretation depends on which day of creation Adam was made.

I still haven't found anything to rule out the non-Adam humanoid theory. In fact, there is an interesting question about the giants mentioned in Gen 6:4. Did giants exist from the start of creation as a separate humanoid race? Nephilim are also mentioned but as a distinctly different type of being than giants in Gen 6. Also, giants existed after the flood as well. Were giants brought into the ark? Did other humanoids exist and were saved on the ark as well?
