So you think that saying Charismatic Pentecostals interpret the Scriptures anyway they want to is being BELLIGENERANT?????

I say that it is just telling the honest down to earth truth and when that is done, those who are guilty always cry the loudest.

The Scriptures Actually say that women CAN NOT be pastors. YOUR denomination ignores the Scriptures my friend......PEROID!

NOTHIN said here FROM the Scriptures is gong to win a debate with you I fear.

Belligerence will not win this debate is true, and I was not being that at all. I was just telling the truth.

It is all just a matter of READING and BELIEVING what is literally said in the Scriptures.
Do YOU find it strange that such a simple, open, clear direction from God could be so openly rejected and argued against????

The ONLY reason I can come up with is one of these two........

1. Momma/Wife is an Ordained Pastor.

2. The denominational teaching accepts women as pastors and these people are so tied to that false teaching that they can not accept the Word of God.

A person is ordained under a denomination that allows the apostasy of women pastors, and they value their piece of paper on the wall over Gods words (Self)

Psalm 11:2-3KJV
2 When pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom.
3 The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them.

Meanwhile women will keep preaching the Gospel and serving others in love. Who cares what people call them. There are many women doing the work of a pastor, teaching the word of God, counseling people, guiding, leading, praying, visiting the sick, ministering to families at funerals, who are not called pastors but that is what they are. And many men who are called pastors and doing very little serving others. God knows who His real pastors are and many are women.

God knows who Bishops/Pastors are, and it's not found in the female gender.

Gods Words Are Very Clear On A Womans Role In The Church, And They Aren't Changing Anytime Soon.

Silence, Subjection, Obedience

(It Is A Shame For Women To Speak In The Church)

1 Corinthians 14:33-35KJV
33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.
35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

IF.....IF I AM demonstrating a drastic lack of understanding concerning how language is used.
IT SEEMS AS THOUGH I AM IN A REALLY GOOD CROWD OF OTHER BELIEVERS!!!!!!!!!!

YOOU said............
This is an older manner of speaking. You cannot base doctrine on misunderstanding of archaic language.

IF.....IF that was not so sad, it would be laughable.

For 1500 years the church taught and demanded that salivation came the grace of God PLUS WORKS.

In 1565 Martin Luthor said NO. In OLD GERMAN he based his 99 thesis on one "old archaic method of Scripture".....
Ephesians 2:8-9......
"YE ARE SAVED BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH, AND NOT OF YOURSELVES".

WAS HE WRONG THEN AS YOU SAY WE WHO BELIEVE 1 TIMOTHY 3:-12 TODAY??????

You can not have it both ways.
You forgot the german bibles :)

Truth that YES they will and will still be living in DISOBEDIENCE to the Word of God.

It is also true that there is a payday someday for "everyone".

You said..........
"There are many women doing the work of a pastor, teaching the word of God, counseling people, guiding, leading, praying, visiting the sick, ministering to families at funerals, who are not called pastors but that is what they are."

YES there are and I have about 25 of them in our church doing that very thing. And not a single one of them are ordained Pastors and not a single one of them who accept such a position.

Do you know WHY????

Because they belong and sever in a Baptist, BIBLE bleieving church and KNOW what the Bible actually says!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then you said..............
"And many men who are called pastors and doing very little serving others. "

And THAT is also 100% correct. Many men church pastors are as worthless as a bear rug in the desert!

BUT........that does not have ONE SINGLE thing to do with women and men who live in disobedience to the Word of God now does it.

Clearly, the Apostles, at least for a time, were struggling with the development of Christianity, and what it means to be Free in Christ. Therefore, I am also compelled to believe that this is an error on the part of Paul . . . to tell women to be silent and cover their heads in church. That seems like hardcore legalism to me. In fact, I'd be crushed if I entered a church and found women to be in this controlled condition.
This is funny to me. I had quit going to church altogether just because they're all way too liberal. Somebody eventually twisted my arm to get me to try this other church though... I went in there and it was awesome- Everyone kneeling in respect as they enter or leave the pews, women with their hair covered, everyone dressed nice, no masks, pews jam packed. It's THE most anti-communist organization I've ever had any experience with, and I've been around a little bit. So refreshing. It's like a breath of fresh air going to church there.

But you think Paul was in error, and respectful women are horrifying to you. LOL! You're a gem.

How kind of you. Do you have any other disparaging comments that you'd like to make? Go ahead . . . entertain yourself.

What I said was that I am "compelled" to believe, but this does not mean that I "do" believe. I am presenting a possibility. And that possibility is based upon a clear argument.
