It does NOT say 'before the rapture' in Matthew 24. It says 'after the tribulation'-- the topic we are discussing.

21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
...

29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Notice 'the Son of Man coming' after 'the tribulation'.

And notice
37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Sure, it is talking about the flood, but the passage already sets the events after the tribulation

Why should I rely on you to properly interpret an allegory, when your allegorical interpretation directly contradicts what is plainly stated in the passage?
Wow is that ever CLASSIC OMISSION.

WOW

YOU highlighted to TAKE AWAY " BEFORE THE FLOOD"

You LITTERALLY REFRAMED IT.

WOW.

BUT I KNOW...I KNOW...YOU CAN NOT GO THERE.

Lol
Yes rightly divide.

The " one taken / left" is not in heaven. They are in the same setting of Jesus talking " before the flood"
They are the rapture. Pretrib rapture with the ECSCT SAME. NUMBER as the wise vs foolish virgins.

Exact same scenario...complete with the same likeness of mind.

Both examples have
Amen.

Furthermore, if people would actually read their Bibles, then they would realize that the verses which they claim teach about a "rapture" to heaven actually teach no such thing.

For example, we read:

I Thessalonians chapter 4

[13] But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
[14] For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
[15] For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
[16] For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
[17] Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
[18] Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Here, we see Jesus "coming" (vs. 15), or "descending from heaven" (vs. 16), and "them also which sleep" or have died "in Jesus will God bring with him" (vs. 14).

In other words, both Jesus and the dead in Christ are coming or descending FROM HEAVEN, and not going to heaven.

We also see how those "which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord", IN HIS DESCENT OR COMING, "in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord".

"Be with the Lord" where?

Right here on earth.

In other words, where does this portion of scripture mention the imaginary U-turn back to heaven?

The correct answer is nowhere because it's never happening.

Along these same lines, we read:

I Corinthians chapter 15

[50] Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
[51] Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
[52] In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
[53] For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
[54] So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
[55] O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

It's the same exact scenario.

Here, first, "the dead in Christ" or those whom Jesus is bringing with him in his DESCENT FROM HEAVEN "shall be raised incorruptible", and then those who are alive and remain "shall be changed".

For what purpose?

To allegedly make a U-turn back to heaven for 7 years?

No, not at all.

Instead, for the exact purpose that Paul actually stated:

"Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption." (I Cor. 15:50)

We need glorified bodies because "flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God", and the kingdom of God is coming to this earth, even as Jesus taught us to pray:

"After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. " (Matt. 6:9-10)
her post that you replied to is exactly the same as pretrib doctrine.

Amen. I will only add that I believe we will be Raptured up into 3rd Heaven for a brief time (7 years) to be glorified and have works tested and participate in the Marriage Supper of the Bride and Groom (Church and Christ). We will then come back down with Christ to usher in the Millennial Reign. I picture the City of New Jerusalem as floating in the 1st Heaven for the Final State.
Hey brother, let's get together for a brief Bible Discussion one day. I would love to know more about your belief! E-mail me at [email protected] is you're interested!

"For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before
in The Word of The Truth Of The {GRACE} Gospel;" (Colossians 1:5 KJB!)

Is there more? Yes, Many more Heavenly Passages, Be Blessed!:

Fellow "members" In CHRIST, who told you were NOT "going to Heaven"?
Are not The Following Also part of "The Riches of The Glory Of This Mystery"?:
What Saith The Scripture?:

Our position In CHRIST!:

"Blessed be The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who Hath blessed us
with all spiritual blessings in Heavenly places in Christ:" (Ephesians 1:3 KJB!)
+
"Which He Wrought in Christ, when He Raised HIM from the dead, and set
HIM at His Own Right Hand in The Heavenly Places," (Ephesians 1:20 KJB!)
+
"And Hath raised us up together, and Made us sit together
in heavenly places In Christ Jesus:" (Ephesians 2:6 KJB!)
+
"For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look
for The Saviour, The Lord Jesus Christ" (Philippians 3:20 KJB!)
+
"For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were
dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with
hands, Eternal in the heavens." (2 Corinthians 5:1 KJB!)

If we Don't go to heaven, how, exactly does possessing
God's Eternal Heavenly building work?

"For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with
our house which is from heaven:" (2 Corinthians 5:2 KJB!)

Our Culmination to be With CHRIST, In Glorification, At Great GRACE Departure?:

Even though we are "changed into immortality, and put on the incorruptible,"
at This Event, do we not still have the Bema Judgment Seat Of CHRIST, for
"rewards for good works," AND Also
"to Clean Up" All our "losing rewards/
bad works" (1 Corinthians 3:8-15 KJB!), to Be Ready For The Following?:

"In The Body Of HIS Flesh through death, to Present you holy and
unblameable and unreproveable in HIS Sight:" (Colossians 1:22 KJB!)
+
"That HE might Present it To Himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle,
or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish." (Ephesians 5:27 KJB!)
+
"To the end HE may Stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness Before God, even our
Father,
at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ With All HIS saints." (1 Thessalonians 3:13 KJB!)

Conclusion:
The Holy Word Of Truth States: "ALL of The Body Of CHRIST, At Departure from earth,
goes To Heaven, To be Judged, And Presented To BOTH The SON, And To The Father!
Who Will "Be Seated ON His Throne, In HIS Sight," In HEAVEN!
Amen?

Finally, After The Body Of CHRIST is Presented Above, then this?:

"Know ye not that we shall judge angels?..." (1 Corinthians 6:3a KJB!) Angels in Heaven?

Another thought would be: who is going to be occupying the vacancies in heaven, where "the
1/3 of the angels Fell With Lucifer"? Possibly The Body Of CHRIST, ruling/reigning in Heaven?

Please, Be Very RICHLY Blessed In All spiritual blessings In CHRIST!
And Precious friend(s), see you In God's Great GloryLand!! ♫😇↑

Man..i have laid that out over and over

Every single time...those asking for verses ARE NOT AT ALL INTERESTED.

They are there
They are the rapture verses

NOWHERE do they point to ANY SUCH dynamic as postrib.
Nowhere.

In fact..just show us ONE postrib rapture verse.
Every single one is peacetime and normal living

Lot , Noah, and baby Jesus are all gathered removed and separated GEOGRAPHICALLY to safety.

Mat 14 " BEFORE THE FLOOD"

HELLO.... why in the world do you postribs dodge the ENTIRE DEBATE?????

SHOW ME lot, noah and the baby Jesus RESCUED post judgement.

There is a problem here.
A real comprehension problem.

You guys are COMPLETELY unaware of prejudgent(pretrib)pattern.

Of nothing else please read the dialogue between abraham and God.

Will you destroy sodom if your people ARE IN IT???
GOD..." NO SIR"

How much clearer can it POSSIBLY be.

But you will not unpack any pretrib rapture verses.

You guys do not do the same

That is why you get owned every single time.

First of all, don't flatter yourself in your own pride anymore than you already have.

I can assure you that I've heard absolutely nothing "here first" in that I've been refuting the nonsense that you're presently spewing for more than 30 years.

Anyhow, seeing how you've done nothing to refute what I said about the whole "left behind" thing, I'll simply focus on one of your other errors right now.

Despite your blather about what I've supposedly been misled into believing, what YOU fail to recognize is that BOTH DELIVERANCE AND JUDGMENT CAME ABOUT ON THE SAME DAY IN JESUS' CITED EXAMPLES OF NOAH AND LOT...

Luke chapter 17

[26] And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
[27] They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
[28] Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
[29] But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
[30] Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

...BECAUSE BOTH DELIVERANCE AND JUDGMENT WILL COME ABOUT ON THE SAME DAY WHEN JESUS RETURNS.

Got it?

The implications of such a Biblical truth?

Well, that your "Duh, THE CHURCH IS DELIVERED 7 YEARS PRIOR TO JUDGMENT in a pre-tribulation rapture" belief/teaching is pure, unadulterated, antichristian (in that it flies directly in the face of what Jesus actually taught), nonsensical GARBAGE.

Hey, maybe you like garbage.

I don't.

I regularly put it out by the curb.
Ironically your assumptions have not proven anything.

Calling me garbage reveals you nor any postrib dreamer can go toe to toe honestly.

Your entire deal is way off and a babe in Christ with a bible sinks your row boat doctrine.
Very poorly thought out and was born in the delusion of the early church that saw israel scattered and destroyed and formed the made up postrib rapture.

Quote;
"""...BECAUSE BOTH DELIVERANCE AND JUDGMENT WILL COME ABOUT ON THE SAME DAY WHEN JESUS RETURNS."""

Lol
We can all see lot and noah had no post judgement deliverance.

Ridiculously reframing Gods word for your made up nonsense

Is this;
Rev 19....11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

The exact same thing as acts1 and rev 14 " ...jesus sitting on a cloud with a sickle" and mat 25 jesus alone gathering the bride TO THE MARRIAGE ?

IF you can say yes, then you are DEFINATELY dreaming.
