John chapter 8

[21] Then said Jesus again unto them, I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, ye cannot come.
[22] Then said the Jews, Will he kill himself? because he saith, Whither I go, ye cannot come.
[23] And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.
[24] I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

Jesus is the Christ who died for our sins, was buried, was resurrected from the dead, and has ascended back to the Father in heaven where he has been glorified.

If we do not believe that he is the Christ, then we will die in our sins, and we cannot go where he has gone. If we cannot go where he has gone, then the only other option is hell.

If we do believe that he is the Christ, then that should cause us to do things like repent of our sins and be born again of the Holy Spirit by the grace of God.

They will be judged by their sins and having not the one who forgives their sins they will be condemned by their sins that they know they have committed.

Only those who believe by grace through faith in the shed righteous blood of Jesus for the propitiation of their sins attain to life ever after. All others suffer the second death in the Lake of Fire. You may think an agnostic simply says they do not know whether or not God exists, but that is not a correct view of agnosticism, for agnostics claim, and the definition includes, not only that do they not know, but that it is not possible for anybody else to know whether or not God exists either. Of course, this flies in the face of what we as Christians know to be true, for God has promised to reveal Himself to those who diligently and sincerely seek Him. God's promises are true :) Also, Scripture attests to the fact that God's existence is manifest in creation, and those who deny Him are suppressing the truth of the matter, as per Romans 1:19-20, which says they are without excuse.

For what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.
For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities, His eternal power and divine nature,
have been clearly seen, being understood from His workmanship, so that men are without excuse.

Generally speaking, pride is the culprit.

The Bible is pretty clear that if you had the chance to embrace Jesus and rejected him, then you won’t have eternal life in heaven.

Do agnostics go to hell?
I know of a Jewish man in the year 2000 that never heard of Jesus Christ. Now the kicker is he lived in NY USA. I know everyone gets a choice.. how when I have no clue. The Father is not like man. He sent His son to a world that hated Him. He died for the worst of the worst. He died for the sin of the world. Man knows this world and the stars that shine had to be made by something. Even anthist have to toss out God 1st.

Christ said "if you were bind you would have no sin you say you see your sin remains". I love that for just how its written.. granted its talking about spiritual things yet its still true.

I do wonder if we truly believe in hell..if we truly believe if someone heard or didn't hear of Jesus will be lost forever. For myself I would have to think maybe no. Well I know people that pray hours every day.. cry out to Him about the lost. In my own world in all I do what is more important than that? I know I can't save people out side my little world nor can I save my wife or kids. Her family is Chinese.. there is no GOD or CHRIST.. So how much do I truly love care about WHERE they might end up. Christ didn't just tell the 12 go into all the world.. but sent all of us.. and then to all creature.

Do agnostics go to hell?
Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Rom 1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.

Creation testifies of a higher power and of His attributes which one of them is love for He provided food, and the means to make clothing and shelter, and testify of the 2 greatest laws love God and love people that applies throughout the history of mankind.

Rom 2:14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
Rom 2:15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another.

We have a conscience to be able to know right from wrong which is the law by nature.

Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

People that have not heard of the word of God, and have not heard of Jesus will be judged by their belief in a higher power, and their love for people for love is the fulfilling of the law, and if there is anything amiss to ask God for forgiveness which they can be saved if they meet the criteria for God is not going to condemn people that have not heard of the word of God, and has not heard of Jesus.

But those saved cannot rule for a thousand years with Christ or be with Christ until the end of the millennial reign for they did not know Christ.

But an agnostic cannot be saved for they have doubt whether there is a God or not and that is not faith for they have to be sure that they believe that there is a higher power that wants them to love people.

Creation testifies that there is a higher power so a person cannot doubt whether there is a God or not.

The very best Muslim will end up in hell, if they don't believe in the Father and the SON, and believe in the death, burial and resurrection of the Son for forgiveness of their sins.

The very best Buddhist will end up in hell, if they don't believe in the Father and the SON, and believe in the death, burial and resurrection of the Son for forgiveness of their sins.

The very best Hindu will end up in hell, if they don't believe in the Father and the SON, and believe in the death, burial and resurrection of the Son for forgiveness of their sins.

The very best Mormon will end up in hell, if they don't believe in the Father and the REAL SON, and believe in the death, burial and resurrection of the Son for forgiveness of their sins.

The very best of any false religion will end up in hell, if they don't believe in the Father and the SON, and believe in the death, burial and resurrection of the Son for forgiveness of their sins.

The very best human will end up in hell, if he or she don't believe in the Father and the SON, and believe in the death, burial and resurrection of the Son for forgiveness of his or her sins.

If we go to the shadow of Christ as the sacrificial system was to see what Christ fulfilled then we are to ask for forgiveness of sins that we are not aware of. Blood was to be shed for unintentional sins. Christ fulfilled this, we are to go to Christ with our unintentional sins for forgiveness.

Oh, so the evidence of God being present is there!. But the evidence of Him helping His creation, in today's world? Where is it? Are you going to say, God helps those who ask His help? Yeah but you would want to insist they have to believe in Jesus first right? Why are you all so out of context with how this world is today? Children and adolescents and adults, they are made to believe in a religion which could be any religion. Their parents teach them not to believe in Jesus, and if they do so , they quote the Quran saying there will be dire consequences. They put terror inside their hearts if they believed anything other than their own beliefs.
These people , who are so conditioned by fear, are you going to tell them they are going to hell for not believing in Jesus ?

Also, if God's 'invisible' attributes are seen. What are they on display for? Does He help the needy , the broken ? Does He reach out to the ones who do understand there could be a Creator because of the created things that they see?
What is that show off all about? Do You mean to say He makes people realise He is there and then deserts them when they need Him? If God has not put Jesus's name on the creation, like the trees, it's leafs, the clouds , the flowers and etc and if the birds simply chirp instead of speaking the name of Jesus to humans, then how do you suppose these humans would come to a realisation of which religion or God to follow on their own? Are you kidding me ? Seriously , you all would go out with the Bible and tell them this and that...trying to break their walls created by their own religion or their hardened hearts because of the hurt in the world.
Understand this, there are hardened hearts here on this earth, and you know why? Because despite God's show off of Him being present, they see SUFFERING. They are abused, raped , sexually targetted, depressed , anxious and have various diseases or losses that they either experience themselves or notice in the world. They see everything and wonder, if there is a God , and if He does show it in His creation...where the hell is HE!?
You might want to say that He would help them when they call out to Him. BUT , don't You want to first make them believe in Jesus and preach that He died for their sins and convert them before telling them that..? You want them to be Christians to make them believe they are now worthy enough to get helped?
Come on now. Not everyone will believe in Christianity. Nope they won't for various reasons and upbringings. But to not help them before thumping our Bibles..? Isn't that completely blind and cruel?

Oh i see. Do you often reach out to these other religions to tell them what they are heading for? How vast is your coverage regarding telling these people about Jesus? How much have you tried to save the world telling them they are all in a false religion and have to believe in Jesus before they die? Do you even know who will die next? Oh maybe someone you know and you haven't told them about Jesus is going to die today or tomorrow. You might want to hurry up and spread the 'gospel' now.

What each individual Christian is called to do is to LOVE the Muslim or Buddhist or whatever. That means, when given a chance, become friends, demonstrate God's love to them. T.L and Daisy Osborn went out on the mission field to a Muslim land. They had their black book, and the Muslims had theirs. They left in defeat. But later they found out about the mighty baptism in the Holy Spirit and realized that was what they were missing. They went right back to where they had been before, but this time they were BOLD! T.L would boldly tell them that they would see blind eyes open, cripples walk, the deaf hear, etc, or He would apologize to them and leave. God always honored his faith and performed miracles, and after a few years the crowds got so large, TL probably preached face to face to more people than any other Christian in history up to that time.

The Answer is right from the mouth of Jesus himself.
John 3:3
3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born -again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

John3:16-17

16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

many stops at that verses but Jesus went on to say :

:18
18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

No, I do not agree that they have to figure it out on their own, as you say.
You have skipped over the part of diligently and sincerely seeking. God
reveals Himself in a multiplicity of ways, and Jesus Christ promised to
send the Helper/Advocate, Whom we know as the Holy Spirit of God.

I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate to be with you forever— the
Spirit of truth. The world cannot receive Him, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him...
The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him.

When the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father,
the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.

And when He comes, He will convict the world in regard to sin and righteousness
and judgment: in regard to sin, because they do not believe in Me; in regard to
righteousness, because I am going to the Father and you will no longer see Me;
and in regard to judgment, because the prince of this world has been condemned.

The role of the Holy Spirit is comprehensive. He is our Comforter,
Counselor, Helper, Advocate, Intercessor, and Strengthener.

He also convicts the world of sin. People know God exists, but deny it.

I already identified one of the principle reasons for this: pride.

Without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who approaches Him
must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.

God resists/opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.

Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.

Knowing there is a God, and understanding that means we have a Creator, does it not
logically follow that desiring to know Who He is and whether or not He has a purpose
for creating us would become a worthy pursuit? And important to find out the truth
of the matter? Atheists in particular among the many types of non-believers scoff
at this suggestion. Many consider themselves too smart to undertake such an endeavor.
I was never an atheist, but I still needed a lot of help. I was stiff-necked.

And none of that contradicts what I believe!
