When one takes time to carefully study the miracles of Christ, it becomes obvious that although about three dozen specific miracles are recorded, actually hundreds of thousands of miracles were performed by Christ.

They are recorded as "great multitudes" coming to Him for healing, and each and every one being healed. This is not recorded just once, but five times during His earthly ministry.

There are thirty eight specific miracles, and several mentions of multitudes or great multitudes. And the apostle John tells us that it would be impossible to record everything that Christ did.

It would appear from the record that Jesus performed miracles daily, and in many cases people simply touched the edge of His garment and they were healed. But not everyone who was healed had faith in Christ before the healing. There are many instances where Jesus simply healed because of His compassion, and the faith was generated later.

But Jesus specifically remarked on the amazing faith of a Roman centurion whose servant was at the point of death. This Gentile was confident that if Christ were to simply speak a word, his servant would be completely healed from a great distance.

There are three resurrection miracles of Christ. Jesus resurrected (1) the daughter of Jairus, (2) the son of the widow of Nain, and the brother of Mary and Martha -- Lazarus. Lazarus was purposefully allowed to remain in his tomb for four days, so that those who witnessed this miracle would behold the glory of God and the power of Christ, and believe on Him. And they did. But this miracle also triggered the final plot for the death of Christ by His enemies. Of course, God had already planned for Hi crucifixion.

What is most puzzling is that all of Israel did not fully believe on the Lord Jesus Christ to be saved. After all the miracles He had performed throughout Palestine, one would have expected that each and every person in that country would believe on Him without any reservations. But that simply did not happen. Which proves that miracles do not necessarily lead to saving faith. It is the preaching f the Gospel -- the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ that generates saving faith. And yet all will not believe.

With the newest Gender, Equality, precrime bills being passed, it appears that America is in a fast decline of its former self. True, Believers are still holding onto God's Precious Words and Promises, but America as the nation has long turned away from God. It will be interesting when these Bills become Laws just how fast the decline will increase and how fast the Church Body will become numbered.

Just take a gander back literally 10 months ago when you could fly on planes, go to clubs, go out to eat, attend ballgames in small capacities, but the Church Buildings sat empty according to the Laws of the Land.

It will be interesting to see when Christian Americans start becoming Martyrs for their Faith and who will stand up for God and who will deny Him.

This has always been given to me to mean the work of John the Baptizer... The world has many nations, and our God is the only God over all of them.

America was never meant to be God's by the way. Its own founding fathers Christians keep admiring, giving credit to, were Freemasons, beginning with George Washington. They never consider it.

So it's not about America itself, but more about American Christians, and that is especially considering what turmoil they will go through. Soon, Biden's health issues will be exposed along with his incapability, and China will sweep through it. California will be completely destroyed, and the land itself will be annihilated with missiles. It will be a desolation.

Are so-called believers so wrapt in themselves they cannot include the global family in Jesus? This is a self-indictment.

I'm not sure what any of these posts have to do with the miracles of Christ. What "global family" do you have in mind?

I would not count on it. To whom much is given, much is required. Most of the Western world can write "Ichabod" above the church entrance. It will take a 100% "2 Chronicles 7:14" experience to get back on track. Of course, there are consecrated and devoted believers as well as the rest. But not enough.

When you look at what God has done for the West and how little appreciation there is, I for one find it hard to believe that God's blessing will remain. I suspect the Western church will end up like Laodicea, and for the same reasons.

Our spiritual Father is the Father of peoples.
Because America is the most evil beyond all nations.
If we look at the war launched by the United States and what if use the money for domestic construction, will it be better.
SO I hope it should be the first.

We need to be more careful with our preaching. Please.

Mark 6:5 NIV - "He could not do any miracles there, except lay his hands on a few sick people and heal them."

There is a very, very deep and profound reason for healings, and there is a very profound reason for why Jesus "could not do any miracles there."

It really concerns me that we are teaching things that are absolutely backward and contradictory to God's Holy Word. Perhaps this is why we were taught that not many should be teachers. Please . . . we must know Scriptures before we teach them.

The Bible says He could not do miracles because they would not believe, a lack of faith.

On most occasions, Jesus would instruct those He healed to tell no one. I believe that the healings and miracles distracted from His message. But crowds still flocked to Him. Why? People have always been more interested in "miracles" than the truth.

And He cried out to His Father to forgive them, and His Father gave Israel another opportunity after the resurrection through the preaching of the Apostles, and as we know, they still rejected Him.

If you knew the Word you would know Israel will be saved and not one will be lost. Please do not come back with the obvious and erroneous.

All physical healings are a representation of what He has done to that person's Heart. Miracles were not a distraction, they are clues. Please . . . we MUST understand all of John chapter 9. John chapter nine confirms that the healings of Christ are a reflection of Colossians 2:9-15.

And yet He still loves them and calls to them today. And He will keep His promises to the Jews.

I should add that not "all of Israel" rejected Christ. This simply is not what the Word tells us.

Romans 11:7 NLT - "So this is the situation: Most of the people of Israel have not found the favor of God they are looking for so earnestly. A few have--the ones God has chosen--but the hearts of the rest were hardened."

"Most" implies not all of Israel. This is extremely important. We cannot simply skip over this detail, for there is an incredibly important reason for why some did find the Favor of the Lord. We must know this answer if we are to understand the Word of God.
