Water? Gatorade? Juice? 🤔

Which should one drink?🤔

Roughly 60% of the body is composed of water.

For the most part, water is a good choice to quench thirst.
The majority of your fluid intake should come from water.
Sports drinks such as Gatorade and Powerade are appropriate choices
for sodium and potassium replacement during training sessions
when you are sweating heavily or in hot weather.
These beverages help replace the sodium and other electrolytes lost in sweat.
But, these sports drinks are basically water and sugar, so too much can wreck havoc on the teeth.

Stay he.althy and hydrated! 😉

Most of my water consumption is in the form of coffee. I do drink OJ though and cranberry juice too. I go through periods where I drink a lot of Gatorade. Then I was drinking a lot of Perrier bottled water. Occasionally I'll drink a can of pop but not too often.

T Y..for sharing. I like good coffee, too. OJ "is a must"... Like Perrier, too. Never drink soda/pop. Try every day to have quite a quantity of water..not sure how good it is here..so I put through a Brita water-filtered pitcher..thinking
It may be cleaner, Healthier?

Not sure if the water is healthier but it probably taste crisper and fresher compared to chlorinated tap water.

I use sugar-free electrolyte powder. No need to buy Gatorade.
