I wasn't instructing anybody (either to you or in general).. I was telling you that Gideon had answered your question.. And asking you what is Holy mind control. but I did to you that scripture does not contradict itself.

Anyhow you have no need to answer my posts... But I must admit I am interested to hear what you mean by holy mind control, since you say this - "We should be writing of the Holy Mind Control that the Lord pressed onto David to cause him to generate the census. However, we cannot follow through with that vital teaching because the First Chronicles rendition is in complete contradiction".

But it's OK .. I think I have read enough to get an idea.

Anyhow enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
All throughout the Old Testament we find God causing humans to think and do things beyond their control and will. Therefore, I coined the phrase "Holy Mind Control" for myself . . . not for anyone else. If we have read the Bible, this should be abundantly clear and obvious.

Impossible, according to God's Holy Word.
How could we lose being born again........
Definitely impossible.

Im curious, ... you have a Thread here that is devoted to casting doubt on the Bible.
So, no matter how you try to define "finding errors" = ??????????????????? ......., you are setting yourself up as the qualified person who has irrefutable authority to try to cause believers on a Christian forum, and probably not just this one, right ???? to lose faith in the word of God.

Why would you want to be that person?
I appreciate that many people feel a fleshy need to have a long running Thread, so they create a "Click Bait" topic, which you have provided, but fella, this one is beyond any of that....
What could possibly make you think you should put yourself in a position, a public position.... to try to create the idea that the bible is a pitiful and confused collection of errors based on your POV and opinion??

Do you not realize what this makes you in God's perspective?
You are well beyond being a "bible corrector", you are in fact a bible denier.

My advice to you, is to let go of your chosen "ministry".....asap.

These are my personal notes on Day 143 of the timeline, chronological reading plan from the Blue Letter Bible website. For you "scholars" here, I'd love to hear your thoughts on these two parallel chapters.

This member likes to show "errors" in the bible to cause issues in your faith. Don't listen to this person.

How do we know that Jesus was even telling the Truth? In another piece of Scripture, we find that Jesus lied to His "brothers" when He told them that He wouldn't be attending a specific festival. However, after his "brothers" left His presence, Jesus attended anyway.

John 7:8, 10 NLT - "You go on. I'm not going to this festival, because my time has not yet come." ... 10 "But after his brothers left for the festival, Jesus also went, though secretly, staying out of public view."
He literally says Jesus was a liar.

2nd Corinthians 11:14

Satan comes as an angel of "light" (false truth). and the devil's ministers as "ministers of Righteous".....that is, they talk "christianese", but their ministry is to deny Truth, deny the Cross, deny the Grace of God, deny the Word, etc.

There's nothing wrong with reading the bible, coming to questionable conclusions, and then asking questions in a bible study forum. What there is something wrong with, is de-railing peoples threads with things that don't have to do with their topic. 2Tim isn't "presenting himself as an angel of light", he's trying to write a bible study.

"bible study" is not trying to prove errors in the word of God.
"bible study" is trying to discern revelation as provided by the bible.

Its not "bible study" to imply that the BIBLE is full of "errors".

Trying to find "bible contradictions", to then post supposed but unproven contradictions, .......... is not "bible study", its Bible ASSAULT.
He can't even explain any of it. He's just finding......"Over here it says this, but look at this, its different".....
And He calls this ERRORS .......... then tries to be clever and absolve himself from responsibility by posting..... """"?????????????"""

He's not studying the bible, He's trying to find errors in it, which creates the false idea that there are errors in it, which produces the question....>"can you believe the bible".
That's what he's doing.

I made it perfectly clear that what you wrote is what I am doing. How can you miss this? And, why do you think that you would miss this?

Slow your roll and get a grip of yourself.

For you "scholars" here, I'd love to hear your thoughts on these two parallel chapters. And no, I do not read commentary (only very rarely) as I would much rather bring ALL studies to ALL of you here. Therefore, please do your best NOT to go to commentaries, but let's work through these issues on our own and with the Holy Help of our Father in Heaven. Thanks for your input.
I consider myself to be a "reporter" of the Bible. I simply report my findings, and to date, I am reporting things that I've never heard before . . . which bothers me. Our pastors should be reporting the same things that I am reporting . . . they are not.
.

Did you catch that part? I've been on the forums long enough now.. Usually false and misleading teaching is always preceded with'I am just an ordinary man who just reads the bible, I am not a scholar, but I repeat/report what God has taught me/or I have read in scripture. But as time goes on we see the motive.

Most people who are trying to learn more about scripture don't put themselves forward as writing bible studies for others or claim that Pastors should be reporting/teaching the same falsehoods that they themselves are reporting or teaching. If a christian is unsure or confused about a topic they will normally just ask with questions like..I've read this [topic] I am not sure, what do you guys think etc etc.

So far as as noted above 2ndTimothy has said Jesus told lies, therefore a liar, and in this post has categorically stated that scripture is contradicting itself and because of this contradiction he can't teach his (2ndtimothys) '''Holy mind control"... whatever that eve means, that itself is misleading.

We should be writing of the Holy Mind Control that the Lord pressed onto David to cause him to generate the census. However, we cannot follow through with that vital teaching because the First Chronicles rendition is in complete contradiction.

Dangerous stuff!!!

Anyhow, its definitely late for me here now, have a good evening.

You didnt answer my question.

I asked you why you feel that you need to post a Click Bait Thread on a Christian Fourm that implies there are "errors" in the word of God , as if you dont understand that this can do nothing but try to create DOUBT in the minds of real believers, concerning their Bible.

So, the fact that a Thread created to present "possible errors" in the bible, ..... you are not able to comprehend that this is anti-bible, and anti-faith? This understanding is not what you are able to realize?
Is that right....
Hummmmm.
Then let me continue to bring you up to speed., as i noticed im not the only one here who has been trying to help you face your deed.

You say........"well, im writing a blog, paper, book, on "supposed errors in the bible that i can't prove, but i like to imply they are there".

Yeah, we understand what you are doing here........But why do you feel the NEED To do it is what you get to explain.

What is causing you to want to try to insinuate that there are "errors" ?????? in the bible?

That's a rather judgmental view of what I've done. Good luck with your judgments. Making false judgments, however, is probably not "dangerous stuff" . . . now is it?

I didn't read beyond these ugly words because you obviously didn't read the entire OP.

How do you sleep at night with your attitude?

Science and Mathematics teach us estimates to be sound and conceptualize numbers. They are actually used in our everyday life. If they are God is teaching us estimates. The figure of 1.1M vs. 800K with the difference of 300K. Additional info in 1 Chron. 27:1 would account 288K (est. to 300K ) standing army in readiness. 1 Sam. counts only the number of valiant men.

Another member here stated that "you called Jesus a Liar".
So, what did you write that would illicit that reaction from someone?

And Yes, i know you can't answer my previous post's question, as if you do, you have to be dishonest or you will impugn yourself as your Thread has already done....

Also......I"ll sleep like a baby.

And one more thing....
:What made you think i was writing my posts for your benefit?
You are well past that, as you are on a christian forum, and i bet not just this one, trying to cast doubt on the word of God.

Ask yourself, """""why am i trying to cause real Christians to doubt the word of God"""

I copied and pasted the Bible. Wooo . . . I'm a bad, bad man! And no, I didn't read beyond the above quote because I am not interested in your anger, bitterness, and resentment.

More false accusations?

Let me help you.
You created a Thread that can't prove errors in the bible, but yet, you want to discuss what you found that you dont understand, that you present as possible "errors"..
See, when you decided to stipulate that what you found could be "errors", you then postulated what can't be proven, yet, the effect of it, denies the integrity of the word of God, by implication .
Its a sort of backhanded slap, pretending to be some attempt at scholarship, as the justification of this "guilt by association".

Its like saying....."it could be that she is a WHORE"...??????????????????????????
See?
Its not stating it as a fact, but the implication impugns and vilifies just the same, which makes it the worst type of false guilt by association castigation.
That is what your Thread is attempting to do against the Word of God.
