1 lb. buffalo styyle shredded turkey breast, 1 lb. mushrooms sl., 1 c. butter, 1/4c. hot sauce,2 tsp. salt, 2 T. coarse bl. pepper,1 tsp rosemary,5 cloves of crushed fresh garlic,2 T. olive oil,1c. whole milk,6 oz of muenster cheese,1 c. of colby shredded cheese, 1/4c. of ch. onion,2 T. corn starch.
Heat butter olive oil garlic in med. size skillet. Add onions, mushrooms,salt pepper sautee, 2c. precooked 3 tri-color pasta . Then add milk both cheeses ,let them mary with the mix. Then mix warm water in a small dish with corn starch then add to sauce and mix.Spray meduim baking dish then add pasta , then turket on top, last add the mushroom suace and bake at 425 for 20 min
