Or, man's foolish carnality of Confusion of MANY baptismS???:

Ephesians 4:5 1 Corinthians 12:13

Yes, 'water' is, imho, the Most Divisive tradition (see TWELVE facts below...), in denomin-
ational christendom, Today. Prayerful And Careful study of God's Word Of TRUTH, Rightly

Divided
,

Indeed shows us "God's Answer" Of NO 'water ritual' for us, Today,
Under HIS Amazing GRACE, As He Plainly And Clearly Teaches There is
'ONLY'
ONE Baptism for The Body of CHRIST, Today, Under God's PURE GRACE,
And,
This ONE should not be Confused with, But Must Be:

Rightly Divided (2 Timothy 2:15) From “Things That DIFFER!” {online}:

the other TWELVE baptismS found In God's Word Of TRUTH! Amen?

God's Wonderful 'Answer Thus Eliminates' ALL of the following
Disagreements And Confusion:

1) believe AND be baptized {i.e. immersion to contact their Christ's blood}?

2) immersion with a symbolic interpretation?

3) immersion ONCE in the "name of Jesus?

4) immersion THRICE in the "name of the Triune Godhead?

5) immersion {whether once or thrice} for "membership" in their traditional assembly?

6) sprinkling water on babies inducting them into religion washing away their original sin?

7) sprinkling water on babies inducting them into some covenant?

8) sprinkling water on babies inducting them into their parent's custody that they promise to raise them right? {into Mass Confusion?}

9) sprinkling water on babies, admitting that their ritual is UNscriptural, but "we do it anyway, because it is OUR tradition!"?

10) pouring water onto babies or adults for Whatever traditional reason religion "can come up with"?

11) immersion of young and middle-aged women 'similar' to worldly/ungodly 'wet t-shirt' contests?

12) immersion Discriminates Against ALL "those who CANNOT 'obey' this ritual" ie: the hospitalized, the bedridden, the homebound, the invalids, the traumatized, etc.

God is Certainly 'NOT the author' (1 Corinthians 14:33) of all this "carnal DIVISION"
which is similar to what Paul addresses in (1 Corinthians 1:9-17), Correct?

Again, our 'choice' = participate in this Massive Confusion or believe God,
Today, Under GRACE =

There is 'ONLY' ONE Baptism, Today, Under God's PURE GRACE! Amen?

---------------------------------------

I thank God gratefully Every Day, That HIS ETERNAL Salvation For me,
IS In HIS HANDS ALONE! Amen?

(2 Timothy 2:15; Romans 16:25; Ephesians 3:9 =
Grace/Mystery fellowship {Romans – Philemon}, For ALL “to SEE,” today?)

Roman 4:3 For what does the scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness.”

Roman 4:3 For what does the scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness.”
From what you have given us here we can see that salvation has always been by faith, long before the water baptism of John.

It seems to me the "one baptism" spoken of by Paul is indeed the "baptism into Christ," which is the spiritual baptism that takes place at the very instant of salvation. The immersion into Christ not water!

I should rewrite them as I should never go by memory alone.
1. John the Baptist's water baptism was a baptism of repentance. - Acts 19: 1-4
2. There is the water baptism where we are baptized into the Lord Jesus. - Romans 6; 1-14
3. There is the baptism of fire mentioned in Matthew 3:11 and Luke 3:16
4. There is the baptism of the Holy Spirit - Acts 1: 4-8

The whole 1Cor9-17 is about how Christ is not divided and how all the apostles were ministers of Christ and taught the same thing. Paul never said to stop water baptism, or that he ever stopped doing water baptism.

All the apostles? Yes. Everyone? I could only try to imagine- it would be a different world.
It might just take this up-side down world and set it on it's feet!

Precious friend, Oblio, do you believe God has FOUR baptismS for today?:
Thanks for your answer.
I should rewrite them as I should never go by memory alone.
Amen! God Commands us to "...study to shew ourselves APPROVED Unto Him..."
(2 Timothy 2:15), Correct?
Thank you. Let us see God's Contexts (Rule #3 of Bible "study" Rules)
For
these Different baptisms, and:

Ask God which ONE, or FOUR, are Actually FOR us, Today, Under GRACE, ok?:

In God's Context Of Prophecy/Law (past and future) for ISRAEL:

►►► The TWELVE Were Sent to {water} baptize! ◄◄◄

The TWO Main (of 12) baptismS =

Oblio: 1. John the Baptist's water baptism was a baptism of repentance. - Acts 19: 1-4

Yes, Agree:
A) water baptism of Repentance, For Remission of sins, And,
induction into Israeli "priesthood!" (separate "study" IF you wish...):
(Matthew_3:5-6; Mark_1:4; Luke_3:3; John_1:31; Especially Luke 7:29-30;
Acts_10:37; Matthew_28:19; Mark_16:16; Acts_2:38, 22:16; Ezekiel_36:25)

+
Oblio: 4. There is the baptism of the Holy Spirit - Acts 1: 4-8

The Bible does not have "of", but IT Does Have, In God's Prophecy/Law Context:

B) This Baptism "BY" CHRIST:

"WITH" The Holy Spirit, Poured Out By CHRIST, for power, signs And wonders!
(Isaiah_44:3; Matthew_3:11; Mark_1:8, 16:17-18;
Luke_24:49; Acts_2:17-18, 38, 8:15-17, 11:16)

Prophecy/Law q: Are Most still in this Previous dispensation?

Rightly Divided (2 Timothy 2:15) From “Things That DIFFER!” {online}:

God's Context of Mystery/GRACE! (Currently For us, Today!) =

our ONE "apostle to the Gentiles" for The Body Of CHRIST:

►►► Paul Was Not Sent to {water} baptize! Why Not?: ◄◄◄

Today: Only ONE Baptism = "BY" The ONE Spirit = God's OPERATION,
Spiritually
Identifying members In (The ONE Body Of) CHRIST!!
(Ephesians 4:5; Colossians 2:12; Galatians 3:27;
Romans 6:3-4; ►►► 1 Corinthians 12:13 ◄◄◄)

Oblio: 2. There is the water baptism where we are baptized into the Lord Jesus. - Romans 6; 1-14

Sorry, NO water In This Context Of God, but Spiritual, as Shown Above ↑

Rightly Divided (2 Timothy 2:15) From “Things That DIFFER!” {online}:

Oblio: 3. There is the baptism of fire mentioned in Matthew 3:11 and Luke 3:16

Yes, agree, IF kept In God's Context Of HIS future Prophetic JUDGMENTS by FIRE, for ISRAEL, and the nations (Isaiah_4:4, 29:6; Zechariah_13:9; Matthew_24:21; Revelation_11:5 et al), and:

The Great White Throne, Where ALL UNbelievers Are "Cast Into The Lake Of FIRE!"
(Revelation_20:11-15)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Conclusion: God's ONE Baptism Today? = ONE!

Or is is actually TWO, THREE, FOUR, or more???

Is it not Possible That God's Answer Of "No water baptism, for
us Today," Under HIS Pure GRACE, absolutely vanquishes Satan's
{Many Severely DIVIDED denominations?} Confusion into oblivion!?

Can you imagine if everyone taught the same thing?
Amen! Obedience To God's Exhortations In Ephesians 4:3 AND
1 Corinthians 1:9-10, Would Be NO more Severe Divisions, AND THEN:

ALL of the world would "hear the UNadulterated, UNdiluted, And
Amazing
Gospel Of The PURE GRACE Of God," those who "Are ordained" would
believe IT, The Body Of CHRIST, With The ONE Baptism, "BY" The ONE Holy
Spirit, "Would BE COMPLETE!" AND THEN:

There would be the WONDERFUL "Great GRACE Departure" To God's Great
GloryLand!!!
😇 ↑ Amen?

LORD JESUS, thank You for This Precious Word Of Truth That Has Solved
my Confusion. May This Also be used for the Encouragement of Many others.
Amen. God's Simple Will!

yeah in fact the first thing Paul did after being converted was get baptized. You’ve got on the key Paul nor anyone in scripture suggests water baptism changed in any way.

it’s what the amazing grace alone doctrine does it eliminates anything important and says grace covers it

The baptism into Christ.
The baptism of water.
The baptism of the Holy Spirit.
The baptism of fire.
I pray you do not receive the baptism in the fire that shall never be quenched.

the first point and the third point are the same baptism

We might actually have unity.

But this is the defining way of the Spirit, for whomever has been granted the Holy Spirit, [these] will be in general agreement.

I should rewrite them as I should never go by memory alone.
1. John the Baptist's water baptism was a baptism of repentance. - Acts 19: 1-4
yes a baptism given to those who repented
2. There is the water baptism where we are baptized into the Lord Jesus. - Romans 6; 1-14
this is not water baptism. Water is not mentioned. the thing we are baptized into is Christ himeslf. Only God can perform this act.
3. There is the baptism of fire mentioned in Matthew 3:11 and Luke 3:16
This happenes after the final judgment. when christ himself baptized all unbelievers into the fires of hell

4. There is the baptism of the Holy Spirit - Acts 1: 4-8
This is seen in acts 12, romans 6 and gal 5.

Can you imagine if everyone taught the same thing?
that was the original idea put forth by the lord Jesus

“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28:18-20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

but then you have these who come along saying “ did God really say that ? Listen to this other thing “ We have the one truth taught by God

“It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.”
‭‭John‬ ‭6:45‬ ‭KJV‬‬

but it seems we prefer this

“Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭4:2-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

bottom line is what Jesus taught is Christianity the other doctrines are trying to turn our ears from truth

“Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:”
‭‭2 John‬ ‭1:9-10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

regarding baptism it’s an act of faith you have to hear about it and believe

“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭10:17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

We would get baptized if you hear and believe this

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:15-16‬ ‭

when we hear the truth there’s always going to be another voice explaining what he said is wrong just like Eden .

So the enemy has to try to change what he said otherwise it means salvation the response of faith to getting baptized happens when we believe what thre word says about being baptized

“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins,

and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

‭‭Acts‬ ‭2:38-39, 41‭KJV‬‬

Faith is to hear Gods word and believe what he said “ get baptized for remission of sins “ faith is going to respond the same way every time “ I believe lord I’ll get baptized for remission of my sins in your name “

when he says it and we do it it is certain and sure
