Hi. I've been around awhile, but this is my first post. The world is falling a part, just as the bible says it will. Lawlessness abounds and immorality abounds. Persecution against Christians is on the rise around the world, even in our own country. The bible is the living Word of God. We can get sidetracked searching for solutions to the world's ills, but the one thing Christians should be doing until we can no longer do it, is to preach the gospel. That's the only message the world needs! Let the world do what it's going to do, but we need to stay faithful to the gospel. The final words of our Savior are, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature!" Let's get it done.

God always does the best and right thing.

we tend to undermine that by thinking that our minds and ways are better than His,

we are wrong for this, but do it anyway......

Hi. I apologize for taking so long to post a reply. I'm not able to devote a lot of time here. One area where the church seems to fall short is support for Israel and the Jewish people. We're talking about the Apple of God's eye! I'm noticing more and more support for the Palestinian cause and more and more anti-Semitism, beginning with our Christian seminaries. Even our government is starting to turn its back on Israel. No wonder that our nation is coming under judgement. Add to all of this: abortion, increasing Sodom and Gomorrah mentality, sex trafficking, pornography, pedophilia, immorality, increasing lawlessness, inflation, racial division, etc., etc., etc. It's so easy to lose our focus. The ills of the world can be overwhelming. The only real hope for our nation, for the world, is the gospel.
