Hello everyone,,
My name is Wayne. I'm 61, live in Florida, have a lovely wife, 3 fine children and 6 wonderful grandchildren. I am a graphic designer and sign builder by trade and, of late, have another business selling attachments for tractors and skid steers. (A strange combination huh?) My hobbies include singing, writing songs, playing stringed instruments (guitar, banjo, mandolin, dulcimer etc), building CNC machines, and tinkering on my farm. My wife and I also raise blackbelly sheep, hence the name "Shepherd". I was saved on May 11, 1986, at the Berean Baptist church during the invitation. The pastor had preached on "The Lord is My Shepherd". So sheep have a special place in my heart.

Wayne, I enjoyed reading your introduction. You certainly have some very interesting hobbys. What is a CNC maschine? I am somewhat familiar with sheep having lived with romney sheep (also called Kent) in New Zealand (meat and wool). I also played a hammered dulcimer long ago. You do bring back memories. What type of music do you like best?

You are a very interesting and talented person: you will in no time have many friends here at Christian Chat. We are glad you have joined us here. May our Heaven Father bless you and your family. Welcome! :)

Why praise the Lord. I am a blackbelly sheep :giggle: it's a good job our Shepherd has a rod as well as a staff.

Oh my, I think hammered dulcimers sound beautiful and require much skill. A CNC (computer numeric control) is a robotic machine which uses various tools to make things. Some use routers, others use lasers, plasma cutters, 3d print heads. Some even decorate cakes. Thanks for the welcome!
