Hi I'm Jacob, I'm pretty new here and trying to figure this site out lol. I cut trees for a living and as much as it is a toll on my body I still love it. I was saved January 9 2022, I'm a born again Christian at a Baptist church. I'm learning how to step out of my shell by letting the lord lead me. Hi there Jacob, welcome to CC. Ive been here a couple of days and really enjoying what this site has to offer. Been going through a few forums, they have something for each and everyone of us. I also attend a Baptist church atm but not lately so I watch the sermons online. Anyway God bless you and just know that there are a lot of members here ready to help you out. :)

Hi Jacob,

Congratulations on getting saved recently!
A Baptist led me to Christ too.

Tree work is mighty tough. I tore my rotator cuff last year and had to heal and strengthen those shoulders more.
I've got over 50 old trees to trim and train some limbs in the next week+.
Then some young holly and fruit trees that need to go in ASAP. I missed the spring window, but hope it'll work out getting them established for WV in July.
Are you an arborist or logger?

If you run out of sermons, you might want to check these out. Some are poor recordings from way back, but Most are quality though. 3 most recent ones cycle through at the top of the page. It's an Independent Baptist Church.

I am sorry to hear about your shoulder. I am a groundsmen. I am contracted to a electric company. I pray you get your trees down.

Thanks Jacob! I sincerely appreciate that.
I'll be topping valuable hemlocks that were hedge manicured for 60+ years and trimming heavily. I'm recovering from a recent accident and have to move a 40 foot ladder around, so it's a challenge right now.
