I've encountered those professing to know Christ who insist we must always obey authorities. Because they were put in that authoritarian office by God.

What is also is minimized is that after WW2 Germans living in neighboring countries,having nothing to do with Hitlers evil, were slaughtered just for being Germans.

I got to see this on the big screen thanks to the generosity of the theater manager who ordered it for us long after it made it's debut and was pulled from circulation.
It's a true story that included historian and the surviving family members involvement. They were interviewed for the screenplay content and character portrayals.
The movie crew worked during very cold and harsh conditions on a remote location.
The making of the movie has some extras that might interest you as a history buff of these tragic series of events. This movie has some rough language at times, so be forewarned. The message is the only encouraging one that I can recall concerning the Jews during WW2. It takes place in German occupied Belarusia.

I caught the full documentary about the St.Louis on cable last year.
Then there was the documentary right behind it that talked about the fate of the German people after WW2.

I watched this one piece of archival footage wherein dozens of Germans who were citizens of a neighboring country whose name I can't remember were marched down a country road in a death march from Lodz.

Flanked by trucks, they eventually came to a stop. And then one of the trucks at the back of the line was driven past them as men in the back machine gunned everyone in the line.

These victims lived in that land for years. Long removed from Germany,much less Hitler's evil. And yet there these people were slaughtering them wholesale because they were of German descent.
Those mass murderers were acting out just as the Nazis did.

I wonder if they ever realized that?

I had no idea that there were so many.
There were many innocent Germans slaughtered needlessly by Soviet block communists after the War. That didn't get much press did it? A few German communities escaped during and after the war. I've talked to a couple of Bruderhoff settlements in PA. Nice folks. Some escaped the Nazi persecution.

About my previous post, ran out of time, 5 minutes, so was unable to clarify it after proofreading, posting too soon. The movie on the big screen that I mentioned wasn't the one you posted, that I'll watch when I have a block of time later. I was referring to the movie Defiance at the bottom. There were people who lost everything and set up large camps in the wilderness. Most war movies show the battlefields and military aspects , but this focused on the survival of what was actually thousands who were displaced, hunted and victimized by the war machine.

As to detoxing with the sauna, if you don't mind me adding this...

When I first got run down with what very possibly was CV19, I was at my job site and too weak to get up on the roof to work that morning. I didn't have immune boosting supplements or herbs available there, but the sun was shining. Knowing that I was likely D3 deficient, I took my shirt off, rolled up my pants and sunbathed in the middle of the field next to me. D3 you probably know is a hormone (called a vitamin) that is produced when the skin is exposed to the sun during the warm months. It's important for immune function.
After a while a turkey vulture spotted me and started circling. I decided to be careful to not fall asleep 😄,🦅 but when I got up I felt better and my energy returned. I was able to work on that roof and go back home at night. Morning is the best time to sunbath to prevent bad burns and get the benefit.

Ivermectin is not only anthelmintic/ parasiticide, but helps the Zinc get into cells. Zinc is deficient in most foods and has low absorption. If you supplement, I would make sure there's some food on your stomach before taking. Avoid the oxide form. It can upset your stomach. If you can't eat, drink lots of water and cut the supplement into small doses. It can be taken more frequently that way, but needs LOTs of water.

Wife just tested negative this morning and went to work. Believe it or not I just did some shirtless sunbathing today......you must have ESP. I am almost never shirtless in the sun but it was absolutely beautiful today......so I walked the river (where nobody was) and went sunbathing for something like 45 minutes.

The rest of your advice is spot on. I am taking quercetin, zinc citrate vitamin C and other supplements with my ivermectin.

Feeling a lot better today went for a light bike ride. Appetite and mood still depressed though.
