Oh my faithful and fruitful Lord, to You I cling, to you I leave my burdens and strife, my ego, my notions, and all my many opinions.

Thank You for Your banquet of hearty substance and rivers of sustaining nourishment, you bring so much fulfillment.

Oh my Heavenly Father, Your essence is so mighty, your ring of fire so powerful, to my knees I fall, back to Your arms I crawl.

Your truth's radiance, I devour. Your words, in them, are my joy and delight, they help me keep You at the forefront of all my sights.

Just as…

They said to each other, “Did not our hearts burn within us while he talked to us on the road, while he opened to us the Scriptures?”

Luke 24:32 ESV

Lord my heart too burns, thank You.

Help and share Your goodness with others. Hold me Lord, that I may genuinely love to action my enemies, but more so to my sisters and my brothers.

Thank You for creating us to love, for being that love, what a bountiful gift to find. Help me to demonstrate Your generosity with Your heart and theirs in mind.

Deep breath of Yaweh!!!

Good, I thought we were going to eat someone.

Isaiah 25:6
And in this mountain shall the Lord of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined.

His word is sweeter than honey, He is no different. He is the sweetness in our life!

Please, please, more of your heart toward and from God. Your poems are the on fire kindling wood of the One we share.

To the impure all things are impure!

To the heavenly minded, the ones that Jesus talked about (Matthew 5:8
Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.) They see God.

I know that as St. John of the Cross showed in his own relationship with God (and Song of Solomon) that we can be in a romatic relationship with God, with us so in love with Him and He with us that it corresponds to the relationship of a man and a womans love for each other.

With God's forgiveness and power you can become pure and you can see Him with your heart and mind. A man of God controls his passions. With His power you can overcome urges that are too powerful for you to overcome. I found out that I can because I love Him far more than satifying the passion and sin. Now it is delight for me to obey Him, I know He is with me through it. You can give all of yourself to God, nothing left over. You can become romatically involved in a relationship with God and realize how greatly and tenderly God loves you.
