The scripture says the foundation of the earth are his the lords.
Something that is the lords is eternal
Your identifying the foundations to be the same creation as the earth.
The earth will return back to the ground it was created upon
And be no more.
Indicating the foundations are eternal.
Eternal foundation exist in heaven to like sapphires and diamonds. Which indicates the foundations where created in heaven.
