If ever there was an example of true repentance and God's unfailing love and forgiveness for the wrong doings committed by David it is evidenced in the many Psalms written by David.
One of my favorites is Psalm 139.
I listened to an excellent message on the book of Psalm and the pastor began his message with:
The Bible speaks to us about God. The book of Psalm speaks for us to God.
To me that was profound. I don't think I'll ever read the book of Psalm quite the same way now. 🙂
