For a very long time, those on the left who have been most critical of Israel's policies have insisted that they are anti-Israel and not antisemites. Not so.

First of all America was no longer dependent on the Middle East under Trump's presidency. He encouraged and promoted self sufficiency since the USA has plenty of oil, and if not Canada has more than enough to make up the difference. Then there is Russia.

As to electric vehicles, they are a pipe dream and a serious and lethal hazard. Manufacturing their batteries takes so much energy that in the end there is zero advantage. The only people Israel wants to be rid of are those on what they consider to be their land, they have various levels of peace treaties with surrounding countries, geopolitics is about money/resources/power the uniformed think it is about religion.
