Go on a ketogenic diet, while doing a low calorie diet, along with intermittent fasting in a 4 or 6 hour window. You may lose 20-30 pounds the first month from water weight disappearing, then after that, you will be losing about 1-2 pounds per week. You can lose about 70 pounds in a year with out exercise. I did this the first year of the pandemic. The next year, people were in shock wondering how I did it. Even neighbors who avoided talking to me were congratulating me.

i do warn you about the attention you’ll get and the fact that you’ll see how superficial everyone is. It’s sickening.

Fasting is good for everything! God knows what he’s talking about, mind , body soul.
I usually do IF with my first meal around 1 PM and last meal 7 pm.

i used to do those same hours. I’d have a keto burger that I would order from in n out at my lunch break, and then when I got off work at 6pm, I’d go to chick fil a and order a Cobb salad without the crumbles. I had those every single day for a year and lost the 70 pounds. I sat in my car every day for work with no exercise. My body was just burning tons of fat due to ketosis and low calories. I think I was eating 1500 calories a day. Plenty of unsweetened iced tea though.

And yes Keto is such an amazing eating lifestyle.

I started in 2015 and lost 152 pounds in 2 years. The weightloss was awesome but the other benefits far surpass the weightloss.
