thanks, so is that means any day whenever you have that physical rest you also have spiritual growth?
No. Physical rest doesn't equate to spiritual growth. It means the physical rest was given so the spiritual rest could be revealed and known.

Maybe what you think 'all' means isn't what Jesus meant when he said 'all'.

Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. Daniel 9:24
After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now completed, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst. John 19:28
And [Jesus] said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, Luke 24:44-45
No, I understand. Thanks.

Thanks, so the word Sabbath can mean physical and spiritual rest? or is physical rest same as spiritual rest.
As physical rest marked the end of the work of creation, spiritual rest marks the end of work in the re-creation. Just as God rested when He finished the work of creating the earth and all that was in it, Jesus sat down at the right hand of the Father when He finished the work of reconciling mankind to God.
This is the rest that Jesus invites us to experience in Him...Matthew 11:28-30.

We enter this rest by trusting in Him and His substitutionary death for our peace with God. No longer do we strive to be good enough for God to forgive us. Instead, we trust what God has done for us in Christ to be reconciled to Him.

You're stuck in a bygone era. I'll go with what Paul and Jesus said.

Meat sacrificed to idols was sold in the markets.

Whatsoever is sold in the markets, that eat, asking no question for conscience sake: For the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof. If any of them that believe not bid you to a feast, and ye be disposed to go; whatsoever is set before you, eat, asking no question for conscience sake. But if any man say unto you, This is offered in sacrifice unto idols, eat not for his sake that shewed it, and for conscience sake: for the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof: Conscience, I say, not thine own, but of the other: for why is my liberty judged of another man's conscience? For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks? Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:25-31
And [Jesus] saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him; Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats? And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man. Mark 7:18-20
Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled. They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate. Titus 1:15-16
God does not change!

Jesus is my Sabbath rest.
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.”

“the Rest in Christ is a spiritual one.”

It is the spirit that quickeneth;

the flesh profiteth nothing:

the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭6:63‬ ‭

“who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away:

how shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious?

Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech: and not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished: but their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.

But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.

Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away. Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3:6-8, 12-17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭13:8-10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

It’s good to rest a day every week , it’s not the truth of how to worship God though we’re in the spiritual covenant where Christ and the gospel is the fulfilment we’re looking into the spiritual covenant spoken by Jesus not the letters engraved on stone for Moses and Israel

God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”
‭‭John‬ ‭4:24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The flesh part of us isn’t the way but the spiritual part of us is the way

“And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.”
‭‭John‬ ‭10:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And some believed the things which were spoken,

and some believed not.

And when they agreed not among themselves, they departed, after that Paul had spoken one word, Well spake the Holy Ghost by Esaias the prophet unto our fathers, saying, Go unto this people, and say, Hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; And seeing ye shall see, and not perceive: For the heart of this people ( ot israel ) is waxed gross, And their ears are dull of hearing, And their eyes have they closed; Lest they should see with their eyes, And hear with their ears, And understand with their heart, And should be converted, And I should heal them.

Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it.

…And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him, preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭28:24-28, 30-31‬ ‭

thanks Cameron, so the physical rest you get from doing physical work right, so what would be the spiritual work be in order to have that spiritual rest.
The work of God is simply to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ...John 6:28-29. Spiritual work is believing what God says. Faith is spiritual work.
All the work for our salvation has already been done. Jesus paid for our sins on the cross and lived a perfect life so His righteousness could be imputed to us. By trusting this we enter into rest. No longer do we need to strive to acquire peace with God. In Christ, we are already reconciled.

Thank you, Cameron! I got it.
So, the spiritual is Not about a "day" but "the rest itself, for us to enter into it by believing in Jesus"

Is the "Sabbath" means 'spiritual" or "physical" Rest?
Jesus was crucified for transgression of the sabbath and claiming to be God.

John 5:18
For this reason therefore the Jews were seeking all the more to kill Him, because He not
only was breaking the Sabbath, but also was calling God His own Father, making Himself
equal with God.

So the physical sabbath which Abraham was also given, carried the the death penalty.

I have not seen a penalty in the text for a transgression of a spiritual sabbath.

Jesus fulfilled the law and cancelled the law of sin and death.

Trust and rest in Christ.

Re:Sabbath.

No.

Paul didn't gift the Sabbath to man,all people.GOD DID.

And God said not one jot nor tittle will be removed from the law until ALL is fulfilled. Luke24.
That means all that God said in The LaW of "Moses", the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.
The author of the law fulfilled everything that the law ever asked for.

Jesus was the perfect sacrifice for our bad behavior and that should be the end of the matter.

But wait, a perfect sacrifice, by the perfect, heavenly priest, to reconcile us to His own Father.

What in the law could possibly remain unfulfilled?

We have the perfect righteousness of Christ in gift form, i.e, the perfect righteousness of Jesus.

Is the perfect righteous of Jesus sufficient to meet any demand of the law?

Where are the accusers of those in Christ?

Who will accuse us of sin because your accusing Jesus of sin?

The text identifies Israel as the recipient of the law, Paul told us that.

Therefore, the law of the sabbath was for Jews only.

The text is silent about a sabbath for the Gentiles.
