I have a friend. Actually met him here on CC around August of last year (2014). He was looking for help so I added him to my Skype and started a conversation with him. Little did I know how deep of trouble he was in.
You see I've posted at least two threads (prayer request section) asking for prayer for him. Because the only thing that will save him now is Jesus.
He grew up in an abusive home. Mentally, emotionally, physically and sexually abused. He is in his late 20's still at home, in a country that is on the other side of the world. But because of a low income (not enough pay) in an expensive country he can't afford to leave home. Some may think this could be a trick scam sort of thing but its not. I'm NOT asking for money, my friend wouldn't ask for money either. Don't offer any. All we are asking for is prayer and some guidance.
In the country he lives he experiences a lot of racism because he is a different race than the majority of people who live there. So if he isn't being abused at home..he is experincing rejection pretty much where ever he goes. No one seems to care over there what is going on. He can't find the proper help he needs and people tend to brush him away. His church, his 'friends' other family members so on so forth are NOT doing ANYTHING.
He has found no help. Please, if you can offer any piece of advice, guidance..support..encouragement please, please, please.
I can see he is becoming distracted from God a bit, and he is anxiety filled trying to find a better paying job, he is worried about his future schooling.
He did apply for a job and they said they would contact him if he gets it so fingers crossed pray he does.
